>> Previously on "All My Children" --

Maggie: We are the gods of O-Chem.

Henry: Well, let's say that after we take the test.

Maggie: Hey, what's wrong? We're going to ace this.

Kendall: If you're disappointed about last night --

Greenlee: Last night meant nothing. I have a company to run, and getting involved with someone like Carlos is out of the question.

Erica: If you don't leave Pine Valley right now, you will be so sorry that you ever took me on.

Michael: You're threatening me?

Erica: I want you out of pine valley and out of my life.

Michael: Well, I wasn't aware that I was in your life. I thought we were just in business negotiations here.

Erica: Do you really think I don't see through this? The intimate meetings, the flowers? The seductive dance?

Michael: Well, I am sorry, Erica. I thought you were enjoying it.

Erica: Oh, yeah, it was amusing up to a point, but the lying has got to stop.

Michael: Oh, I never lied.

Erica: Of course you lied. You convinced my fiancé that you and I are having an affair.

Michael: Me? Well, I never said anything of the sort to that man.

Erica: Chris has told me all you said to convince him that you and I are sleeping together.

Michael: Did you ever think that what gets him so upset is the way that you do business, Erica?

Erica: I beg your pardon?

Michael: Well, I am not exactly dancing alone here.

Kendall: Can this day get any worse? Our copier is out of ink and there's an entire shipment of Fusioneyes left in our hallway. Hello! Hello, Fusioneyes should be on the shelves, not in our hallway. We need to do something about this be-- oh. Carlos. Don't worry about it. He'll be back.

Greenlee: Just like that? He's not a lap dog.

Kendall: Yeah, well, you treat him like one. You want him, you don't want him. "Come here, go away." I mean, it's no wonder the guy left.

Greenlee: Just play dead and leave me alone.

Mia: Mmm, you smell delicious.

Colby: So do you.

Mia: I do?

Liza: I hope this isn't a bad time.

Mia: Oh, no, it's ok. I was actually just crunching Fusion numbers and I wanted to take a break. How about we make some s'mores, hmm?

Liza: Actually, I rented her a video. I told her she could watch it.

Mia: Now?

Liza: If you don't mind.

Mia: No, I don't mind.

Liza: Do you know how to work Aunt Mia's VCR?

Colby: I put the tape in the slot.

Liza: Mm-hmm.

Colby: I push the green button.

Mia: You are so smart.

Colby: Will you watch it with me?

Mia: Um -- I will be in as soon as I can, ok?

Colby: Ok.

Mia: Ok. Go ahead. So, you passed up making s'mores. What's wrong?

Liza: Adam and I are getting a divorce.

Shambala: All right, time's up. Please sign your exams and pass them forward. You can celebrate by reading Chapter 8 for our next class. Thank you. Thank you very much. Have a good day. I hope it wasn't too easy for you.

Henry: What?

Shambala: I added that spectroscopy question just for you. I want to keep things challenging.

Henry: Thanks.

Maggie: Oh, it was definitely challenging.

Shambala: Well, I wouldn't want my best students to be bored. Bye.

Maggie: Bye.

Henry: Thank God that's over.

Maggie: What the hell happened?

Michael: Erica, I love the way you do business.

Erica: Oh, shut up. Just shut up, you disgusting --

Michael: And you are misguided. You are not angry with me. You are angry because your fiancé does not trust you anymore.

Erica: Oh, don't you dare try to turn this on me.

Michael: Well, excuse me. You know what, Erica? Maybe if Mr. Stamp were more of a sophisticated gentleman, he would appreciate your abilities more and wouldn't throw these little baby tantrums.

Erica: Oh, stop it. You've been baiting him for weeks.

Michael: I -- well, I'm sorry if he feels that way, but I've made my intentions clear from the beginning.

Erica: Yes, you have -- to get into bed with me, right? In a business sense.

Michael: Correct. You're right.

Erica: And that's another one of your lies because you have no intention of doing business with me. You want to own me.

Michael: Erica, no man could ever own you.

Erica: You want to steal my company, the company that I have spent a lifetime building.

Michael: This is -- I don't know what you're talking about. This is just business, Erica.

Erica: Yeah, it's my business, and no one's going to take it away from me.

Michael: Well, I had no idea that you were so emotional on the subject.

Erica: You come after my business, it's emotional. You come after my private life, it's war.

Michael: War? Well, fine. If that's the way you see it, I'm looking forward to it.

Erica: You'll lose.

Michael: Oh, I don't think so.

Erica: Then think again because while you have been so busy trotting out your oh-so-clumsy seduction techniques, I have been busy putting a poison pill in place.

Michael: Oh, gee, Erica, I thought you swore off pills.

Erica: So if you happen to succeed in wresting control of my company, Enchantment will be worthless.

Michael: Come on, now. No amount of time spent with you is worthless, Erica.

Erica: Do you feel that way about Kendall, too? Now, you told me that you were having doubts about her. Do you still feel that way, or was that a lie as well?

Michael: Let's put it this way. Life with your daughter is a bit of a roller -- roller coaster ride, to say the least.

Erica: A ride that began in Aspen?

Michael: I don't follow.

Erica: You really expect me to believe that you just happened to meet her in Aspen?

Michael: Call it kismet.

Erica: No, I call it planning. You knew Kendall would be there, you knew her connection to me, and you knew she'd be an easy target.

Michael: Whoa, whoa, whoa. Let's get something straight, ok? Kendall -- there is nothing easy about her.

Erica: Is she in on this with you?

Michael: No, I work alone. Your daughter is just a lovely diversion.

Erica: And you're using her?

Michael: Oh, please. You give me way too much credit. I am just enjoying the charms of a beautiful woman.

Erica: Oh, no, no, no, Michael. There are many beautiful women whose charms you could enjoy. Now, you have an agenda, and it includes Kendall. I don't know what it is, but I'll find out.

Michael: Another threat?

Erica: Promise.

Michael: Yeah, it's me. I need you to get over here right away.

Greenlee: Carlos.

Carlos: I've got the new ink cartridges for the printer.

Kendall: Oh, thank you. Do you think that maybe you could help --

Carlos: Yeah -- install it?

Kendall: Great. That would be great. Uh -- I really don't have a clue how these things work, you know?

Kendall: Couldn't you say something?

Greenlee: Like what?

Kendall: Like an apology.

Greenlee: For what?

Kendall: He totally heard you diss him earlier.

Greenlee: I did not.

Kendall: Yes, you did. You said he meant nothing to you.

Greenlee: I meant what I said.

Kendall: You guys were holding hands. It didn't look like nothing to me.

Greenlee: Ok, get over it, all right? Carlos isn't my type, and I'm not going to apologize for how I feel.

Kendall: Boy, you get off on being a bitch, don't you?

Greenlee: I just know what I want.

Kendall: Oh, that is bull, Greenlee. You are terrified.

Maggie: Henry, we studied for hours. You knew every answer on that test.

Henry: Yeah, well, not when I was staring at it. I -- look, I'm sorry that I copied from you.

Maggie: I don't care about that. It's not a big deal.

Henry: Like hell it isn't. I mean, if we had gotten caught --

Maggie: We didn't.

Henry: Look, for you to even take that kind of a chance, it's not --

Maggie: What was I going to do, let you fail?

Henry: I should've just taken the fall.

Maggie: Stop beating yourself up, ok? Please, you could teach this class. I'm sure it happens to everybody once.

Henry: Not once.

Maggie: Has this happened before?

Greenlee: I'm not afraid of anything.

Kendall: Sure you are. It's ok.

Greenlee: Don't you have your own problems to obsess on?

Kendall: Well, maybe I'm part of your problem, along with Mia and Simone. I mean, we totally pushed you into making last night about something more than it was. Talk about setting you up for a fall.

Greenlee: What fall? It wasn't a date.

Kendall: Exactly. It was just some hot maintenance guy with really nice biceps fixing your plumbing.

Greenlee: Carlos isn't just some guy.

Kendall: Oh, Greenlee, you're making me dizzy. First you hold hands with the guy. Then you -- you clutch on to this thing like it's a love letter, and now -- now you -- then you broadcast to the world he means nothing to you. Now -- ahem, excuse me -- you say he's more than just some guy? Something happened with Carlos last night. You just can't admit it.

Greenlee: I have a shrink, all right? I don't need you to decipher my feelings for Carlos.

Carlos: Ay carajo! Oh, my --

Kendall: What -- what happened?

Greenlee: Ok, here, wait -- no, wait.

Kendall: Here, here, here, I got -- I have it.

Greenlee: Here, I got it. I'll get it, I'll get it.

Carlos: No, no, it's all right. It's all --

Greenlee: Oh --

Kendall: Gross!

Greenlee: Oh, oh --

Kendall: All right.

Greenlee: Not the shoes. Just stay away from --

Carlos: I'm sorry.

Kendall: Carlos, it's ok. It's all right, it's ok.

Carlos: I'm sorry.

Kendall: You know what? Why don't you just go clean up. This is disgusting.

Carlos: No. First let me finish the job.

Kendall: All right.

Greenlee: This is all I need.

Woman: Here's a towel.

Kendall: And I thought today couldn't get any worse. Thank you, guys.

Greenlee: Oh, it doesn't come off! Look at this.

Kendall: It's smudging! It's smudging.

Greenlee: Watch out. It's on the floor.

Kendall: Well, I'm an idiot.

Woman: Oh, my God. Erica Kane.

Kendall: What are you doing here?

Greenlee: You couldn't resist. You had to come and see what the buzz was all about?

Erica: My goodness, you're certainly getting ink today.

Kendall: All right, you know what? The tour is over, Erica. You can go now.

Erica: Look, I don't want to be here any more than you want me to be.

Kendall: Then do us both a favor and leave.

Erica: Kendall, I have to talk to you. It's important.

Lena: What's so urgent?

Michael: Well, Erica was just here.

Lena: Any progress?

Michael: She's on a warpath.

Lena: Hmm. Erica thinks that stamping her feet and shaking her hair is an effective negotiating tool. I wouldn't worry.

Michael: Well, she knows I'm after Enchantment and she ordered me out of town.

[Lena gasps]

Lena: Well, you're still here.

Michael: Can't leave now. Too close.

Lena: Poor Erica. She thinks that all she needs to save Enchantment is a poison pill.

Michael: So you worked out the details?

Lena: Oh, yes. If anyone tries to buy more than 15% of the stock, Erica will offer extra stock to current shareholders at a discount.

Michael: Yeah, but these people are loyal to Erica. They might buy the stock just to prevent a takeover.

Lena: Oh, I wouldn't be so sure. The economy's bad, people are nervous. Many of them can be persuaded not take on further risk.

Michael: Uh-huh.

Lena: Trust me. Enchantment has never been more vulnerable.

Michael: I knew I could count on you.

Lena: Then why are you so tense?

Michael: Oh, it's Erica. The woman's infuriating. She keeps second-guessing me at every turn.

Lena: Then why are you wasting time? We can crush her. We can move in on Enchantment before she knows what's going on.

Michael: It's too aggressive. Erica thinks she knows every move I make. I need to throw in a few surprises.

Lena: She'll be surprised when she finds she's locked out of her building.

Michael: I think a more subtle approach is in order.

Kendall: Now is not a good time. I'm covered in toner.

Erica: Look, I don't care if you're covered in motor oil. We have got to talk. Is there someplace private?

Kendall: Ok, if this is about that scene in Michael's suite, I don't want to talk about it.

Erica: It's about the future -- yours and mine.

Kendall: I'll be right back.

Greenlee: Carlos --

Carlos: Don't worry. I've got another cartridge.

Greenlee: I don't care about the damn cartridge. I want to explain what you heard.

Carlos: Look, just forget about it.

Greenlee: No, I can't. I don't know why I said that last night didn't mean anything to me because it did. You're the first person I've been attracted to since -- I felt something.

Carlos: No, no, no, you didn't. Not with me.

Greenlee: You don't understand. I don't understand.

Carlos: That's because you make things so complicated.

Greenlee: I know.

Carlos: Then don't.

Mary: Greenlee?

Greenlee: Mother?

Mary: Are you all right?

Henry: Look, that's not the first time that I froze during a test.

Maggie: Henry, you're brilliant. Come on. You read something once and you know it.

Henry: Yeah, but sometimes when I need it it's not there, and I have no idea why.

Maggie: So maybe it's the pressure. Come on. The girl in the back, she threw up before she took the test. I didn't see it. I just heard her talking about it.

Henry: Well, at least she could answer all the questions.

Maggie: People react differently, ok? We are all under a lot of stress. They put pressure on us from the first day.

Henry: Right, the kind of pressure that doctors face.

Maggie: Hey, it's not the same thing.

Henry: Exactly. When you're a doctor, it's about saving lives, not about grades. I mean, what kind of a doctor am I going to be, huh?

Maggie: Have you talked to anyone about this?

Henry: What, you mean like a shrink?

Maggie: Yeah.

Henry: Yeah.

Maggie: And what did they say?

Henry: That I'm putting too much pressure on myself.

Maggie: You see? If you would just learn how to relax and just calm down and --

Henry: What, so -- what, so I can bus tables at my uncle's restaurant?

Maggie: I didn't mean not try at all.

Henry: Look, I've wanted to be a doctor my whole life.

Maggie: Your mother wants you to be a doctor.

Henry: No, that's what I want, too. All right, but how am I supposed to get anywhere if I can't even -- if I keep tanking like this? I mean --

Maggie: Listen. Listen, listen. We're going to work this out, ok? So what? You cheated. Who cares? You didn't tank, right? What happened the last time you froze? Did you fail out?

Henry: I got to go.

Maggie: Will you wait up? Where are you going? Come on.

Henry: I need to be alone.

Maggie: I'm trying to help you.

Henry: No, look, you've helped enough.

Maggie: Will you -- Henry, will you wait?

Liza: It's amazing that our marriages lasted as long as they did.

Mia: You loved Adam.

Liza: Yes.

Mia: Didn't you?

Liza: Yes, but marriages need trust.

Mia: And you lost yours because of Adam's affair with Brooke.

Liza: It wasn't just that. Adam didn't trust me, either.

Mia: I know, but your affair with Ryan wasn't -- it wasn't --

Liza: Ok, you've missed out on a couple of chapters. Do you remember when I came over here and I was helping you pack?

Mia: Yeah, I remember -- after Jake left, yeah.

Liza: Tad came over.

Mia: Oh, my God. You slept with Tad?

Liza: No, I didn't sleep with him. I -- he kissed me.

Mia: Oh, and?

Liza: And I realized, you know, I'm always waiting for the next fight. I'm always waiting for the next battle, and that's not good for anyone. I just want a simple life. I -- I want to raise my daughter. I want her to be happy and strong.

Mia: You want to do this all by yourself?

Liza: Mia, if there's a perfect person out there, then that's wonderful, but if not, then that's fine, too. I'm at peace with myself and I'm going to hang on to that.

Mia: Wow. Must have been some kiss, huh?

Liza: Well, it was a turning point.

Mia: Ok. All right, so, what now?

Liza: Adam wants us to have the house, and I -- I was just thinking maybe Colby and I could stay with you.

Mia: Yes, yes, absolutely. I would love it. I would absolutely, absolutely love it. When can you move in?

Liza: Well, we have to tell Colby first.

Mia: Oh, God. She doesn't know?

Liza: Well, Adam wanted to tell her together, and he's been putting it off.

Mia: He doesn't want the divorce?

Liza: No, he doesn't want to disappoint Colby. Breaking her heart is the hardest thing in the world for him to do.

[Knock on door]

Mia: Excuse me.

Adam: Ah, Mia.

Mia: Adam.

Adam: I saw the message you left for Marian. I hope you don't mind my coming by.

Liza: No. No.

Adam: I was hoping we could have the talk, our talk with Colby.

Liza: Right now?

Adam: The more delay, only makes it more painful.

Colby: Daddy!

Adam: Hello, sweetheart. Hello, my darling.

Kendall: What is so important that you have to cross into enemy territory?

Erica: Michael Cambias.

Kendall: God. I should have known. Why can't you just leave us alone?

Erica: I want information.

Kendall: Listen, my love life is none of your business.

Erica: Is that all there is between you?

Kendall: Hey, isn't that enough?

Erica: You said you met in aspen?

Kendall: Yeah, that's right.

Erica: Was it planned?

Kendall: No, it was the best surprise of my life.

Erica: So you're saying that he didn't call you ahead of time and arrange to meet you there?

Kendall: If he did, would I have dragged Petey along?

Erica: Well, I don't know. It could be a plausible cover.

Kendall: A cover? What kind of cover, Erica? We met, we had dinner. I didn't even think I'd see the guy again.

Erica: So he followed you here after an innocent dinner?

Kendall: I know it's hard for you to believe but, yeah. Are you satisfied?

Erica: No.

Kendall: Well, that's your problem. I can date whoever I want.

Erica: Not if you and Michael Cambias are trying to destroy my company.

Kendall: You've actually convinced yourself that the only reason a man like Michael could be attracted to me is because of you.

Erica: You still haven't answered my question.

Kendall: News flash, Erica -- I have a company to run. I have a man in my life. I don't have time for revenge fantasies.

Erica: Since when, Kendall? We both know very well that you would do anything to get in my face. You planted yourself here in Pine Valley. You started a cosmetics company, for heaven's sakes. Why not join forces with a man who's trying to destroy me?

Kendall: Michael and I are not together to destroy you. He didn't -- when I first met him, he didn't even know I was your daughter.

Erica: A man as powerful and connected as Michael Cambias didn't know who you were?

Kendall: Well, it's not -- it's not like you advertise my existence.

Erica: Oh, Kendall, how could you be so naive?

Kendall: Erica, what is your problem?

Erica: Michael Cambias is attempting a hostile takeover of Enchantment.

Kendall: Oh, God, that is ridiculous. He has been working night and day for a joint venture that Enchantment will accept.

Erica: No, he has been working night and day to destroy my company, and he's using you to do it.

Michael: Erica is so worried about Enchantment, she has no idea that my real target is Boyd Larraby's formula.

Lena: You own Enchantment, you own Larraby. The formula's yours.

Michael: Yeah, but I don't have his loyalty. Besides, that formula is locked up in his head.

Lena: Tightly.

Michael: I thought you were making progress on this, unlocking it.

Lena: So did I. I flirted. We even kissed. I thought he was interested, but --

Michael: Losing your touch, are we?

Lena: Nothing can touch a man whose heart belongs to someone else.

Michael: Kendall?

Lena: He'd do anything for her, but you already knew that.

Michael: I'm just not sure that Kendall's ready yet.

Lena: We don't have time. Make her ready before it's too late.

Adam: How would you like to have an adventure?

Colby: What kind of adventure?

Adam: Well, you remember when you and Mommy stayed with Stuart and Mimi, and Stuart taught you all kinds of things?

Colby: He taught me how to finger-paint the walls.

Adam: Yeah. How would you like to have another adventure, right here, with Aunt Mia?

Colby: With Mommy, too?

Liza: Yes, with me, too.

Colby: And you, Daddy.

Adam: Well, no. I have to stay at the house, but it'll be an adventure every time you come by, and you can come by anytime you want. Right, Mommy?

Liza: Yes. That's right.

Colby: Won't you be lonely?

Adam: Oh, no, no. Daddies don't get lonely. We're too busy.

Colby: No. We should stay home with you and be together.

Adam: Sweetheart, you know that -- that we love you very much, don't you? You know that, and even if we're in different houses -- well, we'll still be together here, in here. Do you understand?

Greenlee: Of course I'm all right. Why wouldn't I be?

Mary: Would you excuse us, please?

Greenlee: Carlos -- mother, this is Carlos Reyes. He's -- he works in the building. Carlos, this is my mother.

Carlos: I got to go get cleaned up.

Mary: Oh, by the way, there are some boxes by the elevator there. I practically tripped over them. Perhaps you could do something about them. He could certainly use a bath.

Greenlee: Why are you here?

Mary: To see you, of course.

Greenlee: The cruise ended early?

Mary: No, it's right on time. It was wonderful.

Greenlee: Expensive.

Mary: Oh, Greenlee, don't be mad about that loan. You know I would have given you the money if I'd had it.

Greenlee: Never mind. Now that you're here, how do you like it?

Mary: Like what?

Greenlee: My company.

Mary: Oh. Oh. Well, it's very nice.

Greenlee: "Nice." That's all you can say?

Mary: I'm sure it provides a good distraction for you, and you're certainly in a mood today.

Greenlee: No, mother, I'm busy. So if there's nothing else --

Mary: Greenlee, I know you're still grieving, and that's why I came straight from the ship to be here with you.

Greenlee: That's right. That's right, that's right. After Leo died, you swore you wanted to be a mother to me, to comfort me.

Mary: That's why I'm here.

Greenlee: You've been anywhere but here. Here with me is where you don't want to be.

Mary: What have I done now?

Greenlee: What you always do, Mother. Nothing.

Mary: Greenlee, I'm sorry I had to leave so soon after Christmas, but that cruise was --

Greenlee: But I'll always be here, right?

Mary: Why are you being this way?

Greenlee: When you told me you wanted a relationship, I actually believed you.

Mary: I do want a relationship.

Greenlee: In between cruises?

Mary: You know, being out at sea allowed me the time that I needed to reflect on the last year -- on Roger's death, on Leo's.

Greenlee: That's your grieving process? Sleeping your way through the cruise circuit?

Mary: I've been very concerned about your emotional well-being, Greenlee.

Greenlee: Don't be.

Mary: I think I've come up with the perfect solution for both of us. I've met somebody.

Greenlee: Of course you have.

Mary: His name is Günter. He's Austrian, titled, has a castle or two.

Greenlee: Let me guess. You're getting remarried?

Mary: No, for you.

Greenlee: A post card would've been fine.

Mary: Greenlee, he's young, he's charming, he's well-to-do, and when I showed him your picture, he was instantly smitten.

Greenlee: I'm not interested, but be my guest.

Mary: But, darling, he's perfect. He's everything I could have ever wanted --

Greenlee: For you.

Mary: For you. I don't want you to be lonely for the rest of your life.

Greenlee: It didn't bother you when I was lonely growing up. Why would it bother you now?

Mary: Because you're so unhappy, and a wonderful new man is exactly what you need. Now, Günter has invited us to his home in Salzburg. You love Salzburg.

Greenlee: I've met someone.

Mary: You have? Who?

Greenlee: You met him.

Mary: When?

Greenlee: When you came in.

Mary: The Mexican?

Greenlee: He has a name. Carlos.

Mary: You can't be serious.

Greenlee: Why not? Because he doesn't have a castle? What do you care, as long as I'm happy?

Mary: Well, he's just hardly --

Greenlee: Hardly what, our type? You didn't think Leo was suitable, either.

Mary: You can't compare Leo to the janitor.

Greenlee: God, you're such a snob, mother. Thank God I'm nothing like you.

Mary: You are absolutely like me!

Greenlee: I am not.

Mary: Then why did you introduce your special someone as the help?

Greenlee: I wasn't expecting --

Mary: Because you were embarrassed. It's ok. You can admit that you were embarrassed. He's just not -- he's not really --

Carlos: I'm not really what?

Mary: This is a private conversation.

Carlos: Then you can both go to hell.

Kendall: Michael isn't using me.

Erica: He just happens to meet you, and a few days later he is circling Enchantment?

Kendall: It's a coincidence.

Erica: Do you really believe that?

Kendall: Erica, Michael loves me. He loves me.

Erica: Has he told you that?

Kendall: Well, we don't have to say the actual words.

Erica: Kendall, a few baubles and pillow talk -- that's not love. How can you be so blind?

Kendall: I'm not blind. My eyes are wide open, Erica. He's chosen me over you, and you can't stand that.

Erica: Is that what he said?

Kendall: Well, he's too much of a gentleman to go into detail about it.

Erica: Kendall, he wants you to believe that I threw myself at him.

Kendall: Ok, if I were you, I'd be way too embarrassed to even bring it up.

Erica: He's manipulating you, and what better way to get you to hate me more than you already do?

Kendall: You did a good job all by yourself.

Erica: Kendall, this is all part of Michael's plan.

Kendall: What plan, Erica? Why are you doing this? Why can't you just let me be happy?

Erica: Because whatever Michael has led you to believe, it's not real.

Kendall: It is real. We are in love, Erica, and I'm not going to let you poison that.

Erica: Look, doesn't it bother you that the man who loves you has done everything he can to convince Chris that he's sleeping with me?

Kendall: If Chris doesn't trust you, that's not my problem.

Erica: Michael Cambias is your problem, because he is not who you think he is.

Kendall: I don't want to hear this. I don't want to hear it.

Erica: He is playing all of us, Kendall, but especially you. It's called divide and conquer.

Kendall: Well, we're already divided.

Erica: But if we don't stop him --

Kendall: We? We? You want me to join forces with you against Michael? Have you lost your mind?

Regina: Nice going. You found some other sucker to cheat off?

Hank: It's not what you think.

Regina: Same old same old. You know, someday you'll really get nailed.

Hank: Just forget about it, all right?

Bianca: Paging future Dr. Stone.

Maggie: Hey, what are you doing here?

Bianca: I go to school here, remember? Not that you've had time to notice. I know you've been so busy studying. How'd the test go?

Maggie: Ok, I guess.

Bianca: I'm sure that you aced it. Hey, didn't I see your -- your study partner, Henry?

Maggie: Did you see that girl that he was with?

Bianca: Yeah. You jealous?

Maggie: There's something going on with those two. A lot more than Henry is letting on.

Adam: You know, I'd love to go to the park with you, if it's all right.

Liza: I'm sure she would love to, but she's actually invited to a birthday party.

Adam: Oh, I'd love to take her.

Colby: Yay! Thank you, Daddy!

Liza: Mia --

Mia: Oh.

Liza: You know, Colby wanted you to do her hair.

Mia: Oh, yeah.

Liza: She loves it.

Mia: Come on. Come with me. Let's make you more beautiful than you already are.

Adam: I was up half the night trying to figure out the best way to explain divorce. It isn't easy.

Liza: Not for children or adults.

Adam: I just want Colby to know that we both love her very much, despite our problems.

Liza: Adam, no matter how you love your children, it's not going to be perfect.

Adam: Yeah, well, I was hoping Colby wouldn't figure that out for quite some time.

Liza: Well, she's strong like her father.

Adam: She got her strength from you.

Liza: If I'm you and you're me --

Adam: Yeah. Maybe Colby's got the best of both of us.

Erica: Kendall, I'm not asking you to join my fight against Michael Cambias.

Kendall: Good, because the answer is a big fat no. You have hated me since the day I was born. You can't really expect for me to help you bring down the man who loves me.

Erica: I just want you to be aware that Michael is using you.

Kendall: Really? All that concern. Almost like a -- like a real mother. Don't worry, I get it. It really has nothing to do with me getting hurt. It's really all about you losing your precious business.

Erica: Look, think what you want, but don't say I didn't warn you.

Kendall: Where are you going?

Erica: Well, if you won't help me, I know someone who will.

Mary: I beg your pardon?

Carlos: You think -- you think that money makes you better? That -- that it gives you the right to treat people like -- like nothing?

Greenlee: Carlos --

Carlos: Huh? No, no. Ya estoy harto de estas mujeres locas, me traen -- me voy.

Mary: Congratulations, darling. He certainly is colorful.

Greenlee: Haven't you said enough?

Kendall: You don't need to warn me off of Michael, Erica. He loves me. He would never do anything to hurt me.

Erica: Would you hold the elevator, please? Thank you.

Kendall: I'm not going to let you ruin this.

Kendall: Poor Carlos. He's about to be eaten alive.

Mary: I have a feeling he can take care of himself. Ok. Now that that is over, can I tell Günter --

Greenlee: Leave me alone, Mother.

Mary: But I was hoping that we could --

Greenlee: We did all we are going to do, ok? Now just go.

Mary: But --

Greenlee: Please.

Mary: Greenlee, I just want to help.

Greenlee: Well, you can't. Goodbye, Mother.

Bianca: So you think that Henry and this girl are involved?

Maggie: Not exactly.

Bianca: Well, what exac-- I mean, how are things going with you and Henry? Is it love?

Maggie: It's too soon. I'm not sure.

Bianca: Well, you seem kind of hung up on him. What's going on?

Maggie: Henry got into some trouble, and I bailed him out. I helped him out, and I'm not sorry, all right? I'm just not sorry.

Bianca: Well, of course you're not sorry. Why would you be sorry?

Maggie: No reason. No reason at all. Actually, how's that bet going? You know, the one with Lena, the hot Polish fox?

Bianca: Oh --

Maggie: Is she the woman of your dreams, or Boyd's?

Bianca: Lena and I had dinner.

Maggie: Really?

Bianca: Mm-hmm.

Maggie: Tell me more.

Bianca: I don't know if there's much more to tell. She's kind of a hard lady to figure out.

Maggie: Just be careful, ok?

Bianca: Be careful?

Maggie: You know what I mean. Just make sure that this Lena girl is who you want her to be. Just watch your back.

Bianca: Ok. I don't know, maybe this time things will work out. Maybe I'll get lucky.

Maggie: Hmm.

Michael: There's got to be another way to get to Boyd.

Lena: Sorry. You want to get to his head, the only way is through his heart.

Michael: Right. Kendall, Kendall.

Lena: Michael, she's always part of the plan, hasn't she?

Michael: I'm just not sure that she's the right choice.

Lena: She's the only choice. Oh, don't tell me you've fallen for her.

Michael: Of course not. She's just where I want her.

Lena: Hopelessly devoted.

Michael: Hmm. I just didn't factor in Erica trying to turn her against me.

Lena: Michael, that's perfect. The more Erica rants against you, the more smitten Kendall will be. She'll be desperate to prove her love for you and -- how do you say? -- Stick it to her mother. I promise you, Kendall will do anything you ask.

Michael: Oh, and you're sure that Boyd is in love with her?

Lena: Oh, yes, but he won't be so easy. He's so damn honest. Professing his love to Kendall is one thing, but turning over his formula to her -- well, that's another.

Michael: Well, it's amazing what some people will do for love.

Lena: Isn't it?

Michael: Perhaps you're right. Kendall will do anything I ask her to.

>> On the next "All My Children" --

Liza: Are you trying to muster the courage to ask if I'll give us a second chance?

Kendall: Look at us. We finally have something in common. We both survived mothers from hell.

Jack: You just said you love me.
