>> Previously on "All My Children" --

Brooke: What are you going to say to Liza when she asks where you were all night?

Liza: Mr. Chandler didn't sleep here last night?

Mia: I'm ready to tell Frank that he has a son.

Greenlee: You and that couldn't wait to cash in on Leoís death. How can you live with yourself? No, u can't do this. Give that to me!

Donald: Hey, hey, hey! Ow!

Jake: Mia, listen, now I'm sorry I came on so strong about Frank.

Mia: Why? You're absolutely right. Frank deserves to know that he's a father.

Jake: Well --

Mia: I'm going to tell him tonight.

Jake: No I don't want you to tell him, not now, because Frank can't handle it.

Adam: Answer me, Liza. What are you doing in my bedroom?

Liza: Well, I haven't been here that long.

Adam: I invited you in here last night, if you recall, and you turned me down flat.

Liza: I -- I know. And that's why I'm here.

Adam: Really? Well, this should be good. Go on.

Liza: No, I just wanted to say that I was sorry for being so cold. And I hope more than anything that you'll forgive me.

[Music plays]

Chris: Let's go, gorgeous! Come on!

Erica: I'm five minutes from perfection.

Chris: Five minutes? You were perfect five minutes ago.

TV announcer: This is WRCW local news, bringing you up-to-the-minute coverage on late-breaking stories, traffic, and weather. First we go to Pine Valley, where there was --

[Turns TV off]

Chris: Come on, come on, we've got a reservation to make. Here we go.

Erica: Yeah, in 30 minutes.

Chris: No, no, no, I want to show you off right now. Come on. I mean it.

Erica: Oh, ok.

Chris: Purse.

Erica: All right. Ok. Oh, I'm not even zipped.

Chris: Oh, I can get that, sweetie.

Erica: Yeah, I bet you can. Zip it up, ok, up, thank you, not down.

Chris: Aw, you're no fun. Here you go. Ready? Let's go.

Erica: Ok, yes, I'm all ready, I guess.

Chris: Guess? There's no guessing needed. Let me look at you. Turn around. Come Bella. How beautiful you look. Come on.

Erica: Thank you.

Reporter: Ms. Kane, how do you feel about the D.A. negotiating an immunity deal with the arsonist who burned down your house?

Erica: What?

Reporter: An arsonist who was reported to be the son of the man who raped you?

Trey: Leave her alone.

Donald: I will sue you for pain and suffering and every damage my lawyer can think of!

Greenlee: I'll counter sue for stalking!

Donald: I will ruin your life!

Greenlee: Well, too late for that.

Donald: Little spoiled princess. Messing with the free press is a big, big mistake.

David: No, Donald, it appears you're the one who made the big, big mistake.

Donald: You missed round one. Mrs. Dupres attacked me.

Greenlee: Alright oh yeah, in your sicko dreams.

Donald: Hey, I got witnesses, baby.

Greenlee: Yeah, who'll testify you're invading my privacy.

Donald: Yeah, this is a public place. Oh, damn it, look at my camera. I'm going to sue you for destruction of property and personal injury!

David: Oh, I'm sorry, were you injured?

Donald: What, you got to ask? How about taking a look at my face?

David: Of course I will. Here, why don't you let me examine you thoroughly?

Donald: That's ok.

David: Donald, I'm a doctor. That's what I do. It's my duty.

Donald: Ow! Come on.

David: You like your nose, don't you, Donald?

Donald: Yeah, yeah, well, my mother does. It's from her side of the family. I'm probably going to need a nose job to get it back, huh?

Trey: You want me to get Greenlee out of here, David?

David: No, that's all right. She might want to watch.

Donald: Why, what are you going to do?

David: Well, I'm just going to apply a little pressure right here.

Donald: Ow! Come on.

David: Now, Donald, you know that Greenlee is a private citizen, right, and she's in mourning. She just lost her husband.

Donald: Yeah, well, she was married to the son of Proteus. Proteus is the most notorious drug lord of our time. She was with her right up until the time of her death. I'm just trying to keep my readers informed.

David: Oh, ok, that's what you're calling it, huh?

Donald: Yeah. Ow!

David: I'm going to tell you something, Donald -- you stay away from Greenlee or you will learn firsthand of what I'm capable of. You're ok, Donald.

Donald: Yeah, what, I don't need reconstructive surgery or anything?

David: No, no, as long as you keep your nose out of Greenlee's life. You've got three seconds to get the hell out of here. Two, three.

Greenlee: Thank you.

Trey: Are you ok?

Greenlee: Like you care about anything but those diamonds.

Kendall: Greenlee, Trey cares about you. He was really messed up when he --

Greenlee: When? When the two of you went scuba diving?

Trey: As soon as I had a chance to think about what those diamonds meant.

Greenlee: Right, I know you're hoping that those diamonds help you cut a deal with the D.A.? Leo would never use you like that.

Trey: I wasn't -- I didn't --

David: No, I'll tell you what, both of you stay out of Greenleeís life as well. Come on.

Trey: I would never do anything to hurt Leo.

David: I mean it. Stay away from her. Let's get out of here.

Erica: Trey Kenyon is going to get away with burning down my house?

Reporter: That's what we're hearing.

Chris: From who, Kenyon? Why don't you ignore it?

Reporter: I interviewed the guy myself.

Erica: Where?

Reporter: He was hanging out at the Willow Lake boathouse. So can I get a quote from you?

Chris: Sure.

Reporter: Hey, just --

Erica: Huh.

Chris: Erica --

Erica: You did it again, didn't you? You're trying to keep me in the dark.

Chris: Sweetheart, look, I'm just trying to protect you.

Erica: Oh, so you hustle me out the door to eat grilled salmon while the man who almost killed you and my daughter Bianca, he just cuts a deal?

Chris: Look, there's nothing that can be done right now -- nothing.

Erica: Oh, no, there's always something I can do.

Chris: Well, if you're going to bother -- look, if you're calling Jackson, don't bother because he's the one negotiating the deal.

Erica: Why would he do that?

Chris: I don't know. I don't have a clue.

Erica: So what else are you keeping from me? What else are you doing behind my back?

Chris: Nothing.

Erica: Well, why should I believe you?

Chris: Because --

Erica: Why should I trust you ever?

Chris: Because -- because you know behind everything I do for you, there's all this love.

Erica: Well, then you'd better love me better and treat me like an adult!

Chris: Look, I don't want the memory of that fire in your head all the time, ok?

Erica: But you can't control that, Chris! You can only just help me cope.

Chris: I'm trying. I'm trying!

Erica: All right, look, I know that this is not your instinct, but will you please not keep things from me?

Chris: Ok. Ok, on one condition.

Erica: No, I don't do conditions.

Chris: Erica, please, look at me, look at me, please. I know you. I know your mind. You're going to be consumed by this investigation and that's the only thing you're going to have up here. Well, we have a life and a love apart from that, and that's the part Iím trying to protect.

Erica: I promise I won't let it interfere.

Chris: You promise?

Erica: I promise.

Chris: Prove it.

Erica: Prove it?

Chris: Yeah, let's go to dinner just like we planned, ok?

Erica: All right. I -- no, wait, first I have to call Bianca. I have to tell her about this Trey person trying to get immunity.

Chris: What, can it wait?

Erica: Well, I have to warn her. I don't want her to get ambushed by reporters.

Chris: Go ahead, call. I'll wait.

Erica: Yeah, wait for me in the lobby.

Chris: What, you can't make a phone call in front of me?

Erica: Just give me a minute, just in case I want to talk about you. Come on. Just a minute.

Chris: One minute.

Erica: One minute.

Chris: I'm downstairs.

Erica: I'll be there.

Mia: Would you please explain to me the 180? You've been on me for weeks to tell Frank he's a dad.

Jake: I know, I know, it's probably because I'd want to know if it was my kid, but Frank is not me.

Mia: Well, do you still think it's the right thing to do?

Jake: Yes, I do. But I think you need to get a handle on how Frank's going to react.

Mia: Well, what do you suggest, a crystal ball? I thought that you said it would be good if we didn't have any secrets between us.

Jake: I still believe that.

Mia: All right. Go on.

Jake: I just saw Frank go off on Zeke McMillan, and I didn't know he had it in him.

Mia: I told you.

Jake: He really tore into him. Mostly about Zeke being a lousy father and an egomaniac, but it wasn't pretty, Mia.

Mia: Oh, God. You know, I was so set to do this. I actually started to feel this weight lifting off my shoulders.

Jake: Listen, I just don't want this to backfire. You understand?

Mia: No, neither do I. I've kept this secret long enough. I'm sure I can manage forever.

Jake: Well, I'm not saying never tell the guy. I'm just saying don't tell him right now.

Mia: You know what you're doing? You're confusing the hell out of me about something that is very painful in my life.

Jake: I know, I know. Listen, I'm sorry about that.

Mia: First you say wait, then you say tell him, wait --

Jake: I know. Listen, I know it's confusing. I still think Frank should know that he has a child. But if you tell him, you'd better be prepared for anything because this guy's got one rotten temper.

[Pager beeps]

Jake: Listen, I've got a patient in post-op. I've got to go, ok?

Mia: Yeah, go ahead, go ahead.

Jake: All right, you want to come with me? Come on, we can come up with a plan on this, all right?

Mia: No. This time I think I'll come up with a plan on my own.

Adam: Wait. What? Are you saying that you owe me an apology?

Liza: Yes.

Adam: Why?

Liza: You were reaching out to me with real love, and the truth is I miss you, too.

Adam: Well, that's not what you said yesterday.

Liza: No, I know. I did tell you that I was trying to find a way back to our marriage.

Adam: Well, yes, but yesterday you said that you didn't trust me, that you would never trust me, and to abandon all hope.

Liza: And I regret that. I regretted it the moment you walked away, and I came to find you and you were already gone.

Adam: I was out.

Liza: You were out all night and I was very worried. I couldn't imagine where you'd gone.

Adam: Wait. Just -- just back up a minute. What exactly did you expect to happen when you came back here to my bedroom in the middle of the night?

Liza: Well, I thought that --

Adam: We were going to make up? Passionately?

[Phone rings]

Adam: Yeah, what the hell do you want?

Adam: No, I won't tell anyone. No, no, you stay right there. I'll come to you. Yes. Right away.

Liza: Sounds serious.

Adam: Uh, possible blowup.

Liza: Where?

Adam: Chandler Enterprises.

Liza: Does it involve me?

Adam: Oh, no, no, no. It's some sort of an accounting glitch. You know how serious they can be these days.

Liza: Yeah, a real threat to stockholder confidence.

Adam: Yes, yes, well, I really -- I really should be going.

Liza: Well, I'll go with you.

Adam: Well, what a generous offer.

Liza: Well, you say I always keep my head in a crisis.

Adam: Yes, and thank you for the offer, but I -- I don't think that would be the proper thing to do right now. You have these embezzlement charges against you.

Liza: A costly mistake on my part.

Adam: Yeah. Yeah. But don't you worry; I'm going to take care of it. I said Iíd take care of it and I will, all right?

Liza: Adam, you didn't answer my question about where you were last night.

Adam: I was -- I couldn't sleep. I was restless because of the harsh words.

Liza: So what did you do?

Adam: I went for a walk. I visited our rose bushes. They're glorious this time of year. I really do have to go.

Liza: Wonder what else was glorious. Because I'll find out, Adam. I always do.

Trey: I can't blame Greenlee for hating me, for thinking Iíd sell Leo out.

Kendall: Trey, don't beat yourself up. I know you're not all bad.

Trey: Yeah? Thanks. But I could do without the sympathy.

Kendall: What?

Trey: It's not just her highness Greenleeís opinion that Iím not interested in.

Kendall: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I get it. You don't give a damn what anyone thinks of you.

Trey: Hmm, correct-amundo. Because I'm a seasoned outcast.

Kendall: And that gets you, what, a five-second rush? Pride because you hate everyone first? A soggy pillow because you cry yourself to sleep every night praying that you'll wake up and be somebody else?

Trey: You know, when someone's dissing you, any ordinary person would just walk away, but you just can't stop yourself from going back just to get that hurt you know is coming.

Kendall: Yeah, I know that all too well.

Trey: So you keep pretending that it's not going to touch you.

Kendall: Or that some day it'll change. I stay in Pine Valley hoping that -- hoping that my mother will stop hating me because of who my father is. I actually pray for there to be, like, one second when Erica looks at me and just sees her little girl.

Erica: Oh, that's impossible, Kendall. Because you are your father, heart and soul. And so is Trey.

David: Just make yourself at home.

Greenlee: Why did you bring me here?

David: I wanted to get you away from Pine Valley's inquiring minds. And maybe someplace that didn't remind you of Leo.

Greenlee: Leo's in me, David. I carry him everywhere I go.

David: I know that. But at least up here no one can hear you scream.

Greenlee: You think I'm not willing to be polite? I don't care what anyone thinks anymore.

David: So why aren't you crying?

Greenlee: Why does everyone want me to cry all the time?

David: Because that's the way people usually express sadness.

Greenlee: Well, you know, I'm not sad. I'm actually madder than hell.

David: Ok. Why?

Greenlee: Because Leo and I should be furniture shopping in Paris right now.

David: Well, I think that's sad, don't you?

Greenlee: I think it's infuriating. Vanessa should've gone over those falls alone.

David: You're right, she should have.

Greenlee: You know, she always swore that she'd get Leo away from me. And as bad as it got, I never believed her. I thought our love was too strong.

David: You and Leo had the strongest bond of any two people Iíve ever known.

Greenlee: But Vanessa won, so Iím going to spend the rest of my life hating her worse than she ever hated me.

David: Well, I can certainly relate to that.

Greenlee: Good, good, then we can hole up here together.

David: No, I mean I hated Vanessa, hoping that that would keep me from missing my father, but it didnít. I missed my father for every single day for over 25 years, and I hated Vanessa every single one of those days. The pain was never erased by the hatred, Greenlee. But I'll tell you what it did do. It kept me from finding happiness. Happiness was almost impossible. So here I am, estranged from my wife who has a child I may never, ever be able to be a father to. I mean, everybody in that town down there thinks I'm hateful. And I can't even tell you how many messes I've made with my life. Greenlee, don't waste your life on Vanessa. Leo had so much love to give. Invest in that.

Greenlee: Ok, fine. I'll drop hate. I'll take numbed-out.

David: I don't think that's an option for you.

Greenlee: Why not?

David: Because you feel too deeply.

Greenlee: Well, then help me stop. Oh. Thank God, yes. Yes, one little bit of luck.

David: What, Greenlee? What?

Greenlee: You're a doctor. You must have drugs up the wazoo.

Greenlee: Stick me with something. Please, David, help me get out of hell.

Adam: I came as soon as I could. What's so urgent, and why can't Liza know about this?

Mia: Look, I'm sorry. I don't mean to be so overly dramatic.

Adam: What's Liza up to?

Mia: This doesn't have to do with Liza.

Adam: Well, then why can't she know about this meeting?

Mia: Because we butted heads this afternoon.

Adam: About what?

Mia: Adam, I'd rather not get into it, ok? I just don't think that Liza would really appreciate me turning to you right now.

Adam: All right, let's start by you telling me what this is about.

Mia: I don't want to have to ask you for anything, but I desperately need your help, or at least your lawyer's help.

Adam: Sounds serious.

Mia: Adam, I told you I'm desperate, and I need you to keep what Iím about to tell you a secret.

Adam: You have my word. Mia, I owe you. You helped me when Liza was sick, when I needed someone to stand by me.

Mia: No, I don't want to be on sides. I don't want to be on your side or Liza's side. I can't do that.

Adam: I understand, I understand you can't take sides.

Mia: Especially after what happened last night.

Adam: How do you know what happened last night?

Mia: I'm just giving you a warning -- don't do it again unless you want to push Liza away forever.

Liza: Who's Adam meeting at the hospital?

Jake: Liza. What are you doing here?

Liza: Hi. Um, meeting Mia. I'll try the P.T. Department.

Jake: No, no, actually, she's not there. I just left her in the chapel.

Liza: Mia's in the chapel? Is she ok?

Jake: Yeah, yeah, she's fine. She could probably use a big sister right now.

Liza: Oh. Well, on my way.

Jake: Liza?

Liza: Yes?

Jake: Chapel's that way.

Kendall: Ignore my mother. She has this barbaric belief that children can be born untouchable. Except for Bianca. She was born royal.

Erica: Yes, I love my daughter.

Kendall: You mean your younger daughter.

Erica: I mean the only daughter that I raised.

Kendall: The only one that there's room for in your teeny, little mind.

Erica: Will you stop it? Stop letting the jealousy you feel for Bianca just ruin your life.

Kendall: Oh, relax. Don't worry about me, Erica. Dissing 'Binks' is just good, clean fun.

Erica: Oh, it is? Good, clean fun? You broke into my home just so you could sit in Bianca's room and imagine what it was like to live her life.

Kendall: So what?

Erica: So your sickness has opened you up to an arson charge.

Trey: Kendall was cleared. She didn't start that fire.

Kendall: Yeah, would you get that through your head already? I'm not the cause of every bad thing that happens in your world.

Erica: No kidding. And this time you had your brother in on it with you to try to destroy my home.

Kendall: Oh, my God, now you're paranoid. What are you going to accuse me of next, anthrax?

Trey: Erica, listen, please, Kendall had nothing to do with that fire. I didn't even know she was my sister then.

Erica: What does not knowing she was your sister have to do with anything? You burnt down my home.

Trey: I had an overwhelming urge to find out where my mother hid her fortune.

Erica: Oh. Oh, well, that's a good excuse for burning down my house.

Trey: It was the only thing I could get from her.

Kendall: Good answer.

Erica: What is this, a game show? You are both so twisted that you can't even be reasoned with.

Kendall: Yeah, like you've ever gotten past your own trauma. Have you ever once thought about anyone else's hurt?

Erica: Every day. Every day I think about how you hurt Bianca and Chris. And every day I think about how you hurt Chris. You drove his son out of town. And even if you do strike a deal with the D.A. --

Trey: Oh, you mean when I finalize my immunity agreement with Jackson?

Kendall: Yeah, you should see how eager your long lost love Jackson is to put this case to bed.

Erica: No matter what happens, you will spend the rest of your life paying for what you did to me.

Trey: Oh, I think I'll be able to live with myself, Erica.

Erica: No, you won't, because I won't let you. I will crush you.

Chris: Erica?

Erica: I will protect everything that I have worked for and everyone that I love.

Chris: Erica that's enough. Please stop right now. You stop, for your sake.

David: What is it exactly you want me to do?

Greenlee: A shot. A pill. Anything that works fast.

David: No.

Greenlee: There's got to be something in here.

David: Greenlee, stop, stop.

Greenlee: And do what instead, huh?

David: Feel your feelings.

Greenlee: I already told you, ok; I'd rather be dead than here missing him.

David: Greenlee, you have to let yourself feel. That is the only way that you're ever going to find peace.

Greenlee: Maybe I don't want peace, ok? Maybe missing Leo is all I have and maybe missing him is too much to bear.

David: I know that's what you feel right now, I do --

Greenlee: Damn it, David! I need a way out, ok? What about these? Will these at least get me to numb?

David: Yes, they'll get you to numb. They'll kill you.

Greenlee: Perfect.

David: When my father died, I thought that suicide was the only option, too, Greenlee.

Greenlee: Yeah, and you wasted your life hating Vanessa, and to mess up how many people's lives?

David: See, that's my point exactly. I'm not the model for you to follow here.

Greenlee: But when your dad died, you had a reason to live -- to torture Vanessa.

David: You take those pills and Vanessa wins.

Greenlee: She already has.

David: You take those pills and Leo loses everything that he gave his life for!

Greenlee: You're not going to help me, are you?

David: I will help you in every way I possibly can. I will cry with you. I'll curse with you. I will even get down on my knees and pray with you. But I cannot, I will not help you hurt yourself, Greenlee.

Greenlee: You selfish bastard.

David: Where are you going?

Greenlee: Home.

David: What's wrong?

Greenlee: I can't go home.

Adam: How do you know what happened last night, Mia?

Mia: Liza told me.

Adam: Liza?

Mia: You wanted to rekindle your marriage with a nice little dinner and a boat trip and a night of passion, which is very sweet, Adam, but, Adam, Liza can't be bought.

Adam: Oh. Well, my gestures were heartfelt.

Mia: Come on, you know what, it was just overkill. You ever just consider saying you're sorry?

Adam: I've tried that. As far as I'm concerned, Liza owes me an apology.

Mia: Fine. Whatever. Just next time tone it down. If Liza gives you a next time.

Adam: I'm not the one who asked for help here, or was that a ploy?

Mia: No, no, no, I -- I do need your help.

Adam: Ok, fine. Well, then would you just get to it, because I left a very intense negotiation to come here.

Mia: Thank you so much. I'm very grateful for that.

Adam: All right. You said something about lawyers?

Mia: I need power, Adam -- power to protect my child the way you protect yours.

Adam: Go on.

Mia: Like you, I would do anything to protect William, and that might get more difficult now.

Adam: Why?

Mia: I've decided to tell Williamís birth father that he has a son.

Adam: Oh, how could you consider doing anything so stupid?

Mia: Because it's the right thing to do.

Adam: It's emotional idiocy. Knowledge is power, Mia. You don't just give it away.

Mia: And how did you feel about Hayley's mom hiding Hayley from you?

Adam: All right, what are you -- what are you thinking about doing?

Mia: I have these secrets in my life and I want to get rid of them. It's very hard to be with someone when you have a secret, which surely you understand.

Adam: We're talking about you.

Mia: And I can't get my happiness by jeopardizing Williamís. And I don't know how his father's going to react when I tell him.

Adam: So you want to prevent him from seeking custody?

Mia: I want to make absolutely certain that he can't mess with the only life that my son has ever known. I want your lawyers to tie that up in 15 different ways.

Adam: I think they can do that.

Mia: Because Williamís father may have rights, but he doesn't have any right to hurt his son.

Adam: You really love that boy, don't you? Well, I don't want you beating yourself up about this. You've done absolutely nothing wrong, and I hope to God you don't regret, have any regrets about it.

Chris: You promised me that you wouldn't do this.

Erica: I canít. I'm sorry, I can't let Trey get away with just burning down my house and almost killing you and killing Bianca.

Chris: All right, but what are you accomplishing right now?

Erica: Probably nothing. But somehow, some way, I swear, I will make you pay.

Kendall: You are so vicious. Even your personal attack dog Jackson thinks Trey has suffered enough.

Chris: No, if either one of you open your mouth again --

Trey: You'll do what?

Chris: What? You -- you don't want to know. Erica, please, just -- just think. Coming down here hasn't made your life any better.

Erica: Well, I don't know what it is about you, but you always wind up making me think of things my mother taught me.

Chris: Like what?

Erica: She taught me that the way to save myself from this horrible thing that happened is to turn away from it, is to turn away from it and never, ever look back.

Chris: Milady?

Kendall: Erica was wrong about you.

Trey: She was wrong about both of us.

Kendall: Thanks.

Greenlee: I can't go home if Leoís not there -- to open the door or to wait for me, or to stand me on his feet and kiss the top of my head.

David: There's no doubt about it --

Greenlee: God.

David: Leo loved you.

Greenlee: No, he never loved me.

David: Greenlee, come on --

Greenlee: No, if he'd loved me, he would've kept his promise.

David: What promise?

Greenlee: He promised that he was never going to let Vanessa hurt us again. He promised!

David: There were things that were out of his control. Greenlee, he loved you. He tried.

Greenlee: No, not hard enough. Not hard enough, damn it! God, my -- my whole life is a sham, my marriage a waste.

David: Leo loved you, Greenlee. He died saving your life.

Greenlee: He said he was going to take me to Paris. He said to buy all the fabulous shoes I wanted because he was going to massage my feet every night. I promised to buy new lingerie every Friday, and at dawn on Sundays we were going to raise our cafe au laits to Quasimodo and the pure strength of his love for Esmerelda! But instead of staying for all of that, he went flying over those falls. And he didn't catch a ledge and he didn't hold on to a tree trunk and he didn't even swim to shore! Leo had so many ways to come home to me and he didn't! And I can't -- I can't touch the skin on the back of his neck. His skin was so soft there. God, he was such a good kisser, and I loved him and he loved me! Oh, my God, he loved me perfectly! Oh, he loved me!

Chris: Ah, it's good to be home.

Chris: So beautiful.

Chris: Erica, please --

Erica: It's just not fair.

Chris: I know.

Erica: Look, I want to do what my mother told me, and the things that you've said to me now, I want to do that, what you say makes perfect sense for me, but, Chris, I canít. I can't let him get away with almost killing you, almost killing Bianca, burning my house down. I won't let this guy get away with violating me, too.

Chris: No, Erica, I won't let him. I wonít.

[Music plays]

>> On the next "All My Children" --

David: Vanessa arranged to have this delivered.

Jack: Just because David is hurting now, don't think that he's reformed.

Erica: What is our next move?

Chris: Two words -- I do.

Maria: I think I'm starting to remember.
