Kate Mulgrew cast in 'Mercy'
Mulgrew Former "Star Trek: Voyager" captain Kate Mulgrew has been cast on NBC's fall drama "Mercy."
Mulgrew will play Jeannie Flanagan, the mother of the show's lead, Veronica (Taylor Schilling). The show is about a group of nurses and their relationships in the vein of a less-wacky "Grey's Anatomy." Repped by Innovative Artists and Lisa Loosemore.

Patrick Stewart stars in the Ricky Gervais comedy "The Invention of Lying", out in September.

Scott Bakula (Archer) co-stars with Matt Damon in the new movie "The Informant!" out in September.

William Shatner (Kirk, TOS) is currently filming the movie "Horrorween".  He can be seen  on commercials for Priceline and on The Biography Channel's Raw Nerve.   You can see him on his new YouTube channel

Whoopi Goldberg (Guinan, TNG) appears on The View every weekday on ABC.

Leonard Nimoy (Spock, TOS) has a recurring role on "Fringe" on FOX this year playing William Bell.
