American Gothic: Season One

 Review by Suzanne Lanoue 12/10/16

I enjoy this show because it has good characters and exciting drama. It's kind of like a fun horror movie, in a way. You can't take it seriously. They pretty much show you that from the first episode. Everyone is just a little strange in this family. There are many murders and many possible killers.

Unfortunately, the show was canceled, so there will be no season 2. It's a shame because this show was very entertaining.

The DVD is good to have, anyway. You can watch the show season and still enjoy it. You may not get all the answers you need, though. There are some great features about the show on the DVD. I recommend it.

American Gothic: Season One
Street Date: December 13

American Gothic is the thrilling thirteen part murder mystery based on a prominent Boston family reeling in the wake of the chilling discovery that someone in their midst is linked to an infamous string of murders. As shocking secrets from the past and present are revealed, their mounting suspicion and paranoia that one of them is a killer threatens to tear the family apart.
