Extraction

 Review by Suzanne Lanoue 2/20/16

This is not a very good movie. However, if you like action films, regardless of the plot, then you will love this movie. It has lots of action - fight scenes, explosions and more. Bruce Willis has a small but pivotal role as a veteran CIA agent, Leo. Kellan Lutz (who's mostly known for the "Twilight" movies) stars as Willis's son, Harry, a computer expert who wants to be a field agent like his dad. Dad is kidnapped, so Harry rescues him. Sort of. Gina Carano plays another agent who helps Harry. Of course, they have a past.  D.B. Sweeney plays another agent, who's in charge of the others. It's a fun action flick if you can get past the B movie vibe. It has a lot of humor, so it never really takes itself all that seriously.

The DVD has a lot of great features, which is rare for a low budget movie. They are extensive. If you like the movie, you'll definitely enjoy them!
