2 Broke Girls: The Complete Sixth Season

 Review by Suzanne Lanoue 9/27/17

This show has never been very funny, and I'm really surprised it lasted 6 seasons. It has a bunch of crazy characters that you either love or hate.

In the season premiere, the girls are trying to get their dessert bar open while Sophie has her baby.  If you like the show, you'll probably enjoy this episode and all of the others.

The DVD only has a gag reel and some deleted scenes. I guess they didn't want to spend too much money and effort on the last season's DVD.

Nine-Time Emmy® Award Nominated Hit Comedy

Available on DVD October 3, 2017

Contains all 22 Hilarious Episodes, with Bonus Content Including a Gag Reel and Deleted Scenes!

BURBANK, CA (June 28, 2017) – Get ready to cash in your quarters from your couch cushions as TV's favorite comedic duo returns as Warner Bros. Home Entertainment brings you 2 Broke Girls: The Sixth and Final Season on DVD October 3, 2017. The DVD release will include all 22 half-hour episodes from the sixth season, plus deleted scenes and a gag reel.  In its sixth season on CBS, 2 Broke Girls delivered an average of 7.1 million weekly viewers and was one of the network’s top four sitcoms among Women 18–34.

2 Broke Girls: The Sixth and Final Season is priced to own at $24.98 SRP. 2 Broke Girls: The Complete Series is also available on DVD on October 3, 2017, and will retail for $112.99 SRP.

In the sixth and final season, Max and Caroline realize their dream of turning their cupcake window into a dessert bar -- emphasis on bar.  But in order to keep their bar up and running they still have to work around the clock at the diner, even though it is far from their first priority - which frustrates Han and amuses Earl.  But busy as they are – Max and Caroline still make time to revisit old loves and welcome new ones. Meanwhile, Sophie and Oleg are busy with their new love – their beautiful, bouncing baby Barbara.

“After six strong seasons, 2 Broke Girls remains as funny as ever," said Rosemary Markson, WBHE Senior Vice President, Television Marketing. “We think the loyal fan base will be very pleased with the extra DVD content, in addition to the 22 side-splitting episodes. Fans and newcomers alike can catch up on all their favorite comedic moments from the final season of the impactful show.”

From Emmy® Award-winner Michael Patrick King (Sex and the City), 2 Broke Girls stars Kat Dennings (Thor films, Nick and Nora’s Infinite Playlist), Beth Behrs (Castle, NCIS), Garrett Morris (The Jamie Foxx Show, Saturday Night Live), Jonathan Kite (Raising Hope, Wizards of Waverly Place), Matthew Moy (Scrubs) and Jennifer Coolidge (American Pie films). King, who created 2 Broke Girls with comedian Whitney Cummings (Whitney), serves as executive producer, along with Michelle Nader (The King of Queens) and Liz Astrof (The King of Queens). The series is produced by Bonanza Productions Inc. in association with MPK Productions and Warner Bros. Television.
