"Incorporated" review by Suzanne 12/21/16
Airs Wednesdays 10/9c on Syfy

I'm not a huge fan of dystopian scifi, but this show is not bad. It has interesting characters and a lot of mystery, to make you want to keep watching. It's not excessively violent, judging from the first episode, unlike many shows (which I appreciate). There's a lot of suggestion of violence, just not actual graphic violence.

The show is about a future where corporations rule (even more than now). The protagonist is a young man named Ben, who's gone undercover into the corporate world in order to save his girlfriend.  It has a lot of twists and turns as we find out more about Ben and the world.

Julie Ormond plays his mother-in-law, and Dennis Haysbert plays a scary guy who tortures people at the corporation. It's a very different role for him.  The show is produced by Ben Affleck and Matt Damon.

I'd have to see more to really judge it, but it was interesting and I would tune in again if I had time.
