Billy and Tina Fey

"Billy on the Street" review by Suzanne 10/22/15
Airs Thursdays 10:30/9:30c on truTV

I watched the first episode and thought it was pretty funny. I would watch it if there was nothing else on, or I was stuck on an airplane and it was free. I would be a casual viewer. It's not something I'd go out of my way to watch.

Billy interviews people on the street, usually with a celebrity by his side for part of the show. Some of the people on the street are rude to him, or he's rude to them. Sometimes it's just funny, but other times, it seems kind of mean. I don't mind mean humor, but it can be tiresome after awhile.

It's the kind of show where they try to use a lot of shock humor. Like when he stopped this two older ladies on the street and asked them to play a game called "Anal Sex or Bob Dylan?"  It was funny, in a juvenile kind of way.

It's a very silly show, but not really the kind of thing that I'd watch in general. If you just want to watch something for fun and mindless entertainment, this is it.

Emmy® nominated comedian Billy Eichner returns to the streets of New York City to surprise unsuspecting pedestrians with quick-witted, rapid-fire questions on pop-culture. This season, some of the biggest names in Hollywood, including Chris Pratt, Will Ferrell, Anna Kendrick and Julianne Moore, Sarah Jessica Parker, Bill Hader, and Jason Sudeikis, will hit the pavement with Billy as the show moves to its new home on truTV.

Billy Helps Tina Fey Find A Friend, With Tina Fey: In the season four premiere, Tina Fey joins host Billy Eichner as they hit the streets of New York to find Tina a friend! Plus Billy ambushes innocent civilians with the news that Emma Stone seems down to Earth! Other games include "For A Dollar" and a brand new "Lightning Round."
