TV Show Reviews
13" review by Suzanne
Premieres Monday April 14 9/8c on Syfy
Last year, Syfy made the decision to cancel this great
and fun scifi show. They did say, though, that we could have
one final season, but it would only be 6 episodes. That's
what starts airing this week. I've seen the first four
episodes and they're fantastic! Even better than usual.
In the first episode, they tie up the cliff-hanger from
the end of last season with Paracelsus (Anthony Head).
One of the characters that was killed in a previous episode
comes back to life (it's a timey-wimey thing), but the
audience is the only one who sees this, so I'm sure he'll
return in a future episode. We learn about Myka's fate, too.
Claudia is still angry at Artie for not telling her that her
sister is alive. In the second episode, we learn about her
sister. In each episode, they seem to be moving towards a
romantic pairing of Myka and Pete--finally!
Rebecca Mader (known from "Lost" as Charlotte and also
playing Zelena, the wicked witch, on Once Upon a Time)
guest-stars on the premiere episode. So does
Mark Sheppard (Valda) and he will return in
another episode. Megan Gallagher guest-stars on the second
The third episode is about a renaissance faire, so it's a
lot of fun and has two actors from Syfy's defunct series
"Alphas" as guest-stars as well. The 4th episode is just
hilarious and had me laughing a lot. Pete's old girlfriend
shows up, needing their help. She, Myka, Artie and Pete get
transported into a Mexican soap opera (telenovela).
Meanwhile, Claudia and Steve visit a college campus, where
something amazing happens to Steve. It's just a great
episode and had me laughing out loud.
I can't wait to see the last two episodes that Syfy sent
me just a few days ago. Don't miss this week's episodes and
all 6 this season!! You won't be sorry.

SUMMARY: Desperate to save Myka, Pete releases
On Monday, April 14 at 9pm (ET/PT), Syfy's beloved,
Emmy-nominated series Warehouse 13 will open its doors for
the final time with an action-packed episode that kicks off
the series' fifth and final season.
The new season picks up immediately after the events of
the last season's thrilling finale with new cartaker Claudia
(Allison Scagliotti) in an epic battle with Paracelsus
(guest star Anthony Head) for the soul of the Warehouse.
However, their confrontation unleashes an unexpected horror
and the Warehouse will never be the same again.
In the new season, the entire Warehouse team will
confront old questions while encountering new revelations.
From a painful realization that Pete (Eddie McClintock) and
Myka (Joanne Kelly) must face together, to Artie (Saul
Rubinek) accompanying Claudia on a soul-searching journey
regarding her long-lost sister, and Steve (Aaron Ashmore)
colliding with his past, the final six episodes of Warehouse
13 will take viewers on an emotionally-charged roller
April 14 Endless Terror
April 21 Secret Service
April 28 A Faire to Remember
May 5 Savage Seduction
UPDATE: I've now watched the final two episodes of the
show. So sad!
The penultimate episode ties up the loose end of Valda's
escape from the alternate dimension that happened in the
season premiere. They have to save the world as usual.
Something great happens to Claudia! That's all I can really
In the last episode- wow, they really cram a lot in. It's
a clips episode, of a sort, but not like what you've seen on
other shows. Something that happened in the previous episode
forces them all to say goodbye to Warehouse 13. What we all
hoped for happens with two of the characters. There's some
very emotional scenes but also lots of fun. There's a great
scene with Artie talking to the Warehouse. There's a
fabulous one at the end with Pete. Just too many great
things to name. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!! If
you're like me, you'll cry as well.
