"Suits" review by Suzanne
Returns March 6 at 9/8c on USA

I always enjoy this show. It does what would have seemed to be impossible. It's made a legal soap opera that is not preachy and yet still has comedy and lots of plot twists and turns, without too much legal stuff to bog things down. Also, it manages to make corporate law and lawyers seem interesting.

Season 3 returns March 6 "Buried Secrets" with Louis still suspicious about Mike's Harvard past.  The way they have to wriggle about to keep him from exposing Mike (or learning the whole truth) is really fascinating. Stephen Macht guest-stars as a Harvard law professor. He's the real-life father of Gabriel Macht (Harvey), but they don't look too much alike. I love Stephen Macht, so I'm very glad to see him on the show. In fact, I interviewed Gabriel last year and asked him if his dad might show up, so it's great that they did find a role for him. I saw him years ago as Cagney's boyfriend on Cagney and Lacey, and then recently he played a great villain on "General Hospital". The scene with him and Harvey was wonderful! Bring him back again, USA. He does a great job and would be a nice addition to the show.

Harvey does some arguing with his girlfriend, Scotty, who joins the firm.  Mike and Rachel move in together and go public with their relationship.  There are many funny scenes as always with Louis and great ones with Donna.

In the second episode, March 13 "Yesterday's Gone", Jessica gets some sad news and has trouble distancing herself from a case where she has a personal stake.  Harvey helps her out in a big way. Mike has a similar problem when he goes up against the lawyer that represented the drunk driver that killed his parents. He learns some shocking news, too.

They've done their usual great job on writing these episodes. They packed a ton of story into them. I really enjoyed them, and I know you will, too.

MORE INFORMATION: Season three of the popular series SUITS returns Thursday, March 6 at 9/8c with six episodes, and features guest star appearances by the most decorated Olympian of all-time, Michael Phelps (playing himself as a client of Pearson Specter) and Gabriel Machtís famous father, Stephen Macht.  Picking up in the wake of an emotional and shattering murder trial, Harvey (G.
