(Los Angeles, CA) -- FASHIONABLY LATE WITH STACY LONDON, TLC’s first
foray into the talk show arena is sassy, stylish, inspirational and a
little bit naughty, just like its host. The co-host of TLC’s WHAT NOT TO
WEAR, Stacy London brings her years of fashion experience to a weekly
girls’ night-in that promises to be as innovative as it is entertaining.
FASHIONABLY LATE WITH STACY LONDON airs Fridays at 10 PM (ET/PT)
beginning November 23.
FASHIONABLY LATE WITH STACY LONDON
is a delicious cocktail of celebrity style, real-life tests of runway
trends and tips viewers can use in their everyday lives. Stacy has
collected a fun mix of experts and trendsetters to weigh-in with
relationship advice, ideas for entertaining friends and tips for styling
the man in your life. Each one-hour features Fashion 101, dramatic
makeovers, extravagant audience giveaways and nightly themed cocktails
created by the in-house "mixologist." Rebecca Romijn, Amanda Bynes and
Becki Newton are just a few of the celebrities that will stop by to dish
on hot new trends and celebrity style.
Like any woman’s closet, FASHIONABLY LATE WITH STACY
LONDON is filled with signature pieces. My life in five outfits, Stacy’s
take on the celebrity interview, examines a celebrity’s life through the
clothes they’ve worn throughout their career. In the Trend Testers
segment, Stacy has regular folks road test the latest runway trends so
the viewer won’t have to. Regular contributors from the fashion and
magazine worlds will round out each hour, making it a must for all
self-respecting Fashionistas and self-proclaimed fashion disasters.

Stacy London is one of America’s foremost
fashion experts. Currently the co-host of TLC’s hugely popular show,
What Not To Wear, Stacy is extending her reach beyond the closet with a
new talk show on TLC, Fashionably Late with Stacy London. Premiering on
Friday, November 23, the weekly chat show is sassy, stylish,
inspirational and a little bit naughty, just like its host, and provides
tips that can help make our lives easier and more stylish.
The perfect Friday Night Cocktail, Fashionably Late with Stacy London
combines live interviews with taped segments, mixing celebrity chat and
gossip with fashion tips from designers and magazine editors and
participation from the live studio audience.
In 2005 Stacy joined The Today Show on NBC as a style correspondent and
has regularly appeared on Access Hollywood as a fashion expert. Previous
to a career in television, Stacy developed her keen sense of style in
fashion editorial. A true arbiter of fashion, she began her career at
Vogue magazine as a fashion assistant and later returned to Conde Nast
as the senior fashion editor at Mademoiselle. She has styled fashion
photos for such varied editorial publications as Italian D, Nylon and
Contents. In addition, Stacy has worked with a number of celebrities as
their personal stylist, including Kate Winslet, Katie Holmes and Liv
Tyler, as well as having consulted on fashion shows for designers such
as Rebecca Taylor, Vivienne Tam and Ghost.
Stacy has appeared on numerous national talk and news shows including
Oprah, Access Hollywood, CNN, The Jane Pauley Show, CBS's The Early
Show, Showtime's American Candidate, Good Day Live and MSNBC. In
addition, Stacy has appeared as an expert in countless magazines
including USA Weekend, US Weekly, People, Glamour, Redbook, The Wall
Street Journal, The New York Times and more.
After growing up in Manhattan, Stacy graduated Phi Beta Kappa from
Vassar College with a double degree in 20th Century Philosophy and
German Literature. She sits on the Board of Directors for Inspiring
Divas, an organization committed to building self-esteem in young women
and regularly devotes time to Step Up Women’s Network. She has consulted
for numerous corporations and has acted as spokesperson for many brands
including, Calvin Klein, Longines, Hanes, Swatch USA, and Proctor and
Gamble. She speaks on the subject of style for charities and
corporations such as Starwood Hotels and has given seminars for the
Learning Annex in New York City. In 2006, she spoke at Harvard
University on the connection between building self-esteem and personal
