PAY NO ATTENTION TO THE MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN HOLDING THE
MORTGAGE
Since the Abbotts have conned themselves in to believing
they own Jabot again everyone is celebrating by getting bombed at the
Private Dining Room. Jack is nauseatingly smug and self satisfied, and old
man Abbott can’t hold back the tears. Jill and Cole are tying for the
award of the bastard at the family reunion.
NIKKI’S QUOTE OF THE WEEK
After leaning over and planting a big kiss on Bradley she
stops and looks at him and says “This is a very public restaurant.” A
little late for that now, isn’t it? Brad invites her back to his house
and promises to make her forget everything else. (What’s wrong with you,
lady? Go for it! He’s a hot young hunk compared to the stiff old
curmudgeon you’ve got waiting at home) Nikki decides she has to leave
and joins the family reunion at the Newman ranch.
HOMEOPATHIC NONSENSE
Ramona is wearing a white lab coat trying to look like a
nurse and no one is convinced. The medical clinic looks about as
professional as a discount health food store. Ramona is distracted and
can’t concentrate because Victor invited her to go to Genoa City for a
pharmaceutical convention. (Victor is experimenting with herbal remedies
to see if he can reverse his vasectomy without going under the knife
again) Finally she picks up the phone and books her flight.
DYSFUNCTIONAL FAMILY OF THE WEEK
Hands down, this goes to Malcolm, Olivia and Nate. Nate
hates his parents for getting a divorce, doesn’t want to hear the “We
love you and nothing will change” speech. Olivia is becoming a complete
basket case.
MEGAN IS LEAVING COLLEGE AND TONY TRIES TO TALK HER OUT OF
IT
Boy, what an example. We have to listen to this pathetic
speech again about how he’s not good enough for her (yeah, no kidding )
and how much she loves him (wait until she sees him with Grace in the
shower) These two are going nowherefast.
