Theresa showed a side to her that we don't see often. She
actually wanted to help Whitney raise her baby. That was really nice of
her. Theresa doesn't always think of other people first so when she does,
it's worthy of praise. Whitney didn't take her up on her offer, but
Theresa still offered to help her. Good for you, Theresa.
The only thing we liked about Luis trying to get joint
custody of Marty was the look on Beth's face when he said it. She just
knew that her plan to break them up was going to work. The only thing
reminding Luis about Father Lonigan's warning did was ruin her plan. Her
efforts went in vain since he wanted Marty to be around Sheridan.
Fox told Ethan what everyone was thinking. He told Ethan
about his feelings for Theresa. Ethan is so obvious that he loves Theresa.
Fox must be the only one who can see that Ethan loves Theresa. Fox was
right when he told Ethan how his shoulder is the only one Theresa can cry
on. Ethan does act like that. Fox even understood why Gwen left. That's
saying something since no one seems to see what kind of jerk Ethan is and
how he treats Gwen. We know in the long run that Fox will turn into a
Theresa/Ethan enabler so we'll enjoy what Fox did to Ethan while we can.
We liked Eve and Ivy's showdown at the hospital. We liked
how they had a spark. Their acting was good during the scenes too. The
writers also remembered that Ivy is a schemer. They let the audience know
that they didn't forget that Ivy schemed to get Sam. There are times when
you would never know that she didn't get Sam the conventional way.
We liked how Martin yelled at Paloma to get along with
Pilar. He tried to do the right thing by reminding her that it wasn't her
fault that Katherine left. He also tried to get her to get along with
Pilar. It was about time he stood up to her about the way she treats
It was good to see Shuis finally getting along again. We
didn't want to have to lose our faith in Shuis getting together.
