Michele and Cheryl's
11/29 - 12/3/04
1. Any time they are in scenes together, we enjoy
them. Even though they were on opposite sides of the fence (She
defended Fox and he defended Chad). We still enjoyed their scenes.
The writers are missing the mark with them. They should have them in
more scenes together.
2. Speaking of Julian again, we liked his scenes
with Sheridan. We liked their tender moment when he agreed to help
Sheridan declare Antonio dead. He finally showed Sheridan that he
would be there for her. It was a nice touch for the writers to have
them say they loved each other. They have come a long way since he
tried to kill her. We can see him walking her down the aisle when
she marries Luis.
3. He stood up to Alistair and told him he would be
with Eve. He also put Alistair in his place about Eve and Chad.
He told him that there would be more African Americans in the Crane family
than whites. That didn't sit well with Alistair. He went
ballistic. The two of them did a great job in those scenes.
1. We may not have approved of the way she spoke to
Eve about the baby, but we did like how she opened up to Eve about the
baby and who the father is. Finally, she had someone she could talk
to about her problems.
1. It was about time she stood up to Whitney and
threatened to expose her lies. Whitney deserved it. Whitney
was so convinced that she could get away with her scheme, but she was
wrong. Well she was at the time. We loved the look on
Whitney's face when Eve threatened to expose her. You could have
bought her for a quarter. We know that Eve wound up lying for her
anyway, but we still liked how Whitney got scared for a second when Eve
1. She was the only one smart enough to do research
on Mrs. Wheeler. Beth wanted to know about her and she did something
about it. Sheridan wanted to know about Mrs. Wheeler, but she didn't
do anything to find out about her. We can see why Beth can always
stay a step ahead of Sheridan.
1. This is a rarity, but finally Martin did
something worth raving about. He finally found his backbone and
stood up for himself. when Luis wanted him to leave the hospital,
Martin told him that he wasn't leaving. Martin usually punks out to
Luis unless he insults Katherine, so it was a surprise to see him stand up
David Bailey's (Alistair) performance
We would like to take this time to remember David Bailey.
As you all know, he passed away recently. We were so shocked by
that. We really did enjoy his performance of Alistair Crane.
He really brought something different to the character. He actually had us
rooting for him. That's how good he was in the role. He really made
the character his own. It will be really hard to see someone else playing
the role. We will just enjoy the scenes that he has left on the
R.I.P. David Bailey. All of the fans of Passions will miss
