Jack: At this empty house. And when we got there, we were gonna put him in the basement and leave him there overnight. We weren't gonna do anything to him, just leave him.

Todd: But he didn't show up, right? Gigi did.

Jack: We didn't know it was her. I thought it was Wheez--I thought it was Shane. I mean, she has the short hair, and she was wearing his raincoat so you really couldn't tell it was her.

Todd: All right, all right. So you thought Gigi was Shane, you locked him up, and you took off. What then?

Jack: We locked the door to the basement room on our way out, and that's it. End of story.

Todd: No, no. The end of story is that Gigi ended up in the hospital. How did she do that?

Jack: I don't know!

Todd: You don't know.

Jack: It was dark. Maybe she tripped and fell or something. But that wasn't supposed to happen. No one was supposed to get hurt.

Todd: Well, someone did get hurt, didn't they, Jack? Very badly. Do you understand that? Hey!
