Starr: But I carried her. I gave birth to her, I said goodbye to her in Dr. Joplin's office. You -- you took a sample from this locket. You took the hair and you put it in a bag. Come on.

Cole: Look, Starr, there's got to be an explanation.

Starr: Dr. Joplin told Langston that she wanted me to have a part of her.

Cole: Yeah, but, okay, she was upset, all right? Your dad was blackmailing her. Our baby had just died. I mean, maybe she screwed up.

Starr: But this is all I have left. A lock of hair that isn't even hers.

Cole: She was still our baby. We can still remember her.
