Josh: Maybe it happens when you get off your butt and stop feeling sorry for yourself. Lizzie, get involved somehow. Volunteer. Do something you love, do something for others.

Billy: Yeah, yeah. Yup. Exactly what he said. Hey, look, you know, I know I shouldn't throw stones. I mean, I'm an alcoholic, but I've got to tell you, Josh, my first instinct was to fire his butt.

Josh: The same why I should have fired yours. Is that what you're saying? (Laughs) I mean, come on, Billy. Jack Loomis, he's been with us forever, you know. He's got a wife, he's got kids.

Billy: So what are you saying?

Josh: You already know what I'm saying. The guy deserves a second chance. Everybody does.
