Doris: Defamation of what character?

Beth: You're a snake.

Marina: Well, were you at Towers the night of the wedding?

Alan-Michael: Sure, right after I jogged in the park and did the tango with Emmett Smith. I'm in a wheelchair here.

Mallet: That's good. That's good. You know, but that wouldn't stop you from hiring someone now, would it?

Alan-Michael: Why would I want my father dead? I'm already running the company, and doing a better job than he or Phillip ever did. If anything, I want him alive to see what a real leader looks like.

Mallet: Well, sometimes when we're feeling weak or overwhelmed, sometimes we do things.

Beth: Weak? I'm not that scared little victim anymore. Alan took care of that. If I wanted to plug someone, it would have been Doris, not someone I love.

Mallet: You love Alan?

Beth: Yes. And I'm not giving up on him, either. I think we belong together.

Mallet: Wow, you really love Alan.
