The writers found a way to salvage
the Nick/Jensen story by having Jensen reveal that he raped
Nick in prison. We knew Nick was raped because of his
homophobic attitude towards Will and Sonny so it was good to
be right about something in this story.
Kateís performance was pretty good
when she was opening up to Rafe. We felt like she
really cared about him and wanted him to get better.
Kudos to Lauren Koslow for doing a good job.
Nick actually made us feel sorry for
him when Jensen brought up what he predictably did to him in
prison. You could tell he was torn up by Jensen
bringing up the memory of what happened.
The writers chose to make Jensen (a
former prisoner) attack Rafe. It was such a waste of a
mystery. They never had to hide Jensenís identity
since we didnít know (or care) who he was. We would
have been more satisfied if EJ or Nick had something to do
with the attack because it would have been someone on the
cast involved and not a stranger.
Will got shot trying to save Nick.
Will attacked Jensen from behind and it didnít do any
good. Will should have known better than to attack a
prisoner. Jensen was used to getting attacked from
behind so he was going to be able to handle Will. It
was good that Will tried to help Nick, but he shouldnít
have risked his life by attacking him from behind.
