Winner:
Rafe was willing to comfort Nicole when
she told him Eric wasn't coming home. Rafe clearly has
feelings for her, but he put them aside to make her feel
better about Eric being gone. He could have taken advantage
of her, but he didn't. He was a friend to her unlike his
pathetic sister who is willing to throw herself at a man who
doesn't want her.
Losers:
Gabi told Rafe about not going after
Nicole because she's married. She must have forgotten about
what she's doing with Jake. Jake may not be married,
but he's involved with Kate. Is Gabi trying to say that she
can go after people regardless of whether or not they are
involved with someone, but Rafe is supposed to play by the
rules? Can you say hypocrite?
The writers came up with a stupid way
to keep Eric off the show. He conveniently accepted a chance
to stay away from home. We know they have to find a way to
keep him off the show, but it's not believable that he would
stay away this long without coming home. They could at least
have him come home off screen.
Laura chose to come clean about Gwen
now. She had years to say something, but she chose to keep
quiet. We know she finally said something, but Gwen's wrath
could have been avoided if she didn't keep the truth from
Jack. She apologized for what she did, but it was too little
too late.
