Roman: Uh, sort of. We used to be married.

Aiden: You were married? Really? And you're still friends? That's great.

Marlena: Yeah. Could you just give me one more second?

Aiden: Yeah.

Roman: Hope owes me. The entire parish owes me.

Marlena: Why does everybody owe you?

Aiden: Well, our biggest donor was making some noises that she wasn't gonna attend this year. But then she set her terms. She's gonna be coming, but only if Roman is her date.

Marlena: Wow. That's just a little tacky, don't you think? Who's the big donor? Really? Okay, what's her name?

Aiden: Uh... Giselle Van Hopper.

Marlena: Oh, my gosh, the temptress? I mean, the philanthropist?

Roman: You can stop enjoying this now.

Marlena: No, but, Roman, she may be setting her cap for you. Wow. This is gonna be a really magical night.
