Marlena: [Chuckles] I hate it when you're more rational than I am.

John: Yeah, it doesn't happen that often. Listen, I don't think we have to talk about the specifics of our own lives here. I mean, you know, we just hit the tried and true points, you know? You gotta have love. You gotta have communication, honesty, trust, right?

Marlena: Right.

John: Of course, I'm right! Marlena Evans marriage 101. Now, come on. Let's go show those kids the path to wedded bliss.

Sonny: You know, the fight was kind of about Gabi, kind of not.

Chad: Well, that's about as clear as mud.

Will: So what was your first fight with mom like?

Lucas: I think we're still having it. Yeah, but here's what I can remember. Um, you know, when you first start out in a relationship, you think that you're better than everybody else. You think you're never gonna fight, and you're always gonna get along, but that's kind of like hoping that the same president is there every four years, or the Cubs win the  World Series, something like that.

Brady: H-hold on a second. I'm not embarrassed about being with Kristen, okay?

Jennifer: With Kristen? Are you saying that this wasn't just a one-afternoon stand?

Brady: No. We're a couple, Jennifer.

Jennifer: Brady, you got a lobotomy and you did not tell me.
