Kate: Why can't you just tell me the truth? Are you the reason that Brady's been flying around town as high as a kite?

Ian: It's my understanding that Brady Black was a drug addict long before I ever came to Salem.

Kate: Yes, that's true, but it wasn't until you so generously agreed to allow him to marry your soon-to-be ex-wife that he started to slip again

Brady: What's going on is that I'm coming--I'm coming off a high here, Madison. I'm coming down.

Madison: From what drug?

Brady: I haven't done anything. I haven't done any drugs.

Abigail: Of course. Yeah, I won't. I just--I wouldn't wait too long to tell everyone.

Kayla: Why not?

Abigail: Well, Ciara overheard what you said earlier too. And as much as I love my little cousin, if you want to keep a secret, she's the last person in the world that you tell.

Abigail: Aunt Kayla, I'm so sorry that it didn't last a lifetime though.

Kayla: Yeah, well, you know, it doesn't last a lifetime for a lot of couples no matter how much they love each other.

Gabi: Okay, but don't--don't hurt her, please. Even if she tries to escape, all right? She's--she's been a really good friend to me.

Andrew: Oh, I get it. Look, Melanie is just an innocent bystander in this entire situation. I mean, the whole reason that she's under lock and key right now is that she just happened to have the bad luck of falling in love with Chad. And well, what a bummer that Chad happened to be the dream guy of her good friend, Gabi. And that you would be willing to plot and scheme and do just about anything to steal him away from her.

Madison: Then you need to accept the fact that he's just sick. And I will do everything I can to help him.

Kate: Now I'm really impressed. Denial and guilt at the same time. You need to wake up.
