Vivian: Only five cups.
Melanie: (to Philip after running into Nathan) [Sighs] This is what I hate about holidays. I mean, you gotta pretend to be all joyful and cheerful and just tra la la la la all over the place, and really all I wanna do is hide in the corner until I can come out and it's socially acceptable for everybody to be their depressing selves again.
Kate: (sees Victor’s bruised face for the first time) Oh! Don't tell me she's abusing you already.
Vivian: It was a skating accident.
Kate: Ah. Did you run over him with a Zamboni?
Victor: (Vivian and Kate are fighting over Philip) Ladies, ladies, please. It's the holiday season. Let's try and stay in the spirit and not be quite so bitchy.
Vivian: Well, no point in going on about it now. As Victor said, it's Christmas. 'Tis the season.
Kate: 'Tis the season to kick your butt to the curb.
Kate: (Philip walks in on Kate and Vivian fighting) Philip--
Philip: Shut up. I don't want to talk to you anymore. And someone just told me I was lucky to have a family. Yeah, lucky they haven't killed each other or buried someone alive. Yeah. Maybe that'll be my Christmas present, huh?
