Marlena: It would have been enough for most men, just not enough for Stefano. I suppose I underestimated his strength of will.

John: Think you would have learned by now.

Marlena: (John is determined to kill Stefano to keep him from waking up from the coma) John, you can't do this. If and when Stefano wakes up, then we will deal with it in a law-abiding, nonviolent way.

John: You mean like you did. Don't you find that just a bit hypocritical?

Tony: I don't know why I'm so upset with the idea of the possibility of Stefano waking up. Near-death experiences can change people. Who knows? Maybe he'll wake up and have a whole new attitude on life and maybe throw a party. Oh... who am I kidding? Dracula never wakes up in a good mood.

E.J.: (running into Nicole at the hospital) God. Sorry. You just about gave me a heart attack.
