Maggie: So that's why you want to work at Chez Rouge?

Chelsea: Well, yes and no. I actually want to for my mom. She's been really devastated ever since Steve got his memory back and broke up with her, and since we're still living with the last guy that she broke up with, well, it's just kind of awkward. And I thought that if we put our money together, we could get our own little place, kind of start fresh, except I don't have any money. But Abby told me that, that pyro hooker that my brother, Shawn, convinced you to hire got thrown in jail for burning his apartment down, so I figured you're gonna need somebody to cover her shifts and why not me?

Maggie: Now, that's the Chelsea I know and love.

Nick: She doesn't adore me. She adores Lonely Splicer.

Abby: You are Lonely Splicer. Didn't you ever have to read "Cyrano de Bergarac" in school?

Nick: Chelsea wants the book to match the cover.

Steve: Oh, yeah. Yeah, keep going over that way a little bit. Can't you find my heart?

Kayla: It's racing a little bit.
