Sami: (Sami and Austin give Carrie and Lucas two stuffed animal lovebirds bought at the pier as a quirky engagement present) Figured you could start with pets, and then -- you know, before you try a crack at kids. Lucas: I think we can manage to take care of these. Plus, we have a teenage son to look after, too, so we should be all right.

Belle: (Belle and Philip rush in at the sound of the smoke alarm but are surprised to find Shawn and Mimi dressed in only their aprons) Shawn! We smelled smoke. Are you guys okay? Mimi: Uh, Shawn and I were just making some omelets, and we got a little carried away. Philip: You two ought to have your own cooking show.

Lucas: (a magazine photographer poses Austin with Carrie and Sami with Lucas) Actually, uh, Austin and Carrie aren't together. We're celebrating our engagement. Austin: (motions between himself and Sami) We're dating. Photographer: Oh, sorry for the misunderstanding. (Under his breath) I thought you looked better the other way, but whatever.

Philip: (Philip, Belle, Mimi, and Shawn run into Austin, Carrie, Lucas, and Sami) Now it's a party. Everybody's here. Look, what's up? Austin: What are you doing out here? Philip: We're here celebrating Shawn and Mimi’s honeymoon, of course. Sami: (rudely) All together? Well, we're celebrating an engagement. Philip: What? Mimi: (sarcastically) All together?
