Our Opinion!

Questions & Comments by Michele & Cheryl

The writers obviously donít care about the rest of the show when the storyline isnít about Abby/Chad/Gabi. This episode was okay, but Mondayís episode moved quicker. It was also a better episode. We didnít have any moments where we wanted to scream at the TV. It was an okay episode.

Lucas said his goodbyes to his family. It was a sweet moment to see him say bye to Will. Itís a shame they didnít get to interact much while he was on the show. Bryan Datillo and Chandler Massey work well together, but the writers missed the opportunity to utilize their rapport by keeping them apart most of the time he was back. Lucas is leaving for now so the opportunities will stop. Lucas said goodbye to Kate too and it was a sweet moment. They had the chance to work together so it was sad to see them say bye to each other.

The writers decided to go down memory lane with Julieís story. She thought about old conversations she had with her grandparents. It was a nice moment because we didnít see those episodes. They were shown in flashbacks, but we still got to see a little bit of what the show was like back then. Julie talked to some of the family about when she left Salem and came back to town.

Leo continued to remind Sonny and Will how he planned to go to the police if he didnít get what he wanted. The man repeats the same thing to a point where we could all say it with him. Sonny also repeats himself when he responds to Leo. We all know the facts behind their storyline and donít need them repeated every episode. Sonny and Will are caught because Leo didnít die so they may as well get ready to be apart. They didnít kill him on purpose, but their actions afterwards are why they are in trouble. Will thought he was doing such a noble thing by claiming he would take the fall for the attempted murder. Leo shut the idea down quickly because he had proof to implicate both of them. Sonny agreed to marry Leo. Leo wanted to get married right away so he wouldnít change his mind. Will and Sonny are related to so many important people in town so you would think they would go to them for help. Victor could make Leo disappear in a heartbeat. He could tell Victor how Kate was the one who blackmailed him.
