Here’s a question for Days fans. Will there
ever be a wedding in Salem that will go off without a hitch?
It doesn’t seem like it will happen. Abe and Paulina tried
to get married again. Do you think they had a happily ever
after? If you thought they did, you don’t watch soaps
enough. Their wedding was interrupted by a confession. Who
made a big confession to interrupt their wedding? Keep
reading and you will find out who we are talking about.
Lani made the big confession at Abe and
Paulina’s wedding. She kept getting haunted by Ray because
she killed him. She decided to announce at the wedding that
she was the one who shot Ray. Eli and Paulina tried to stop
her, but she already confessed to her crime. She couldn’t
keep the truth to herself anymore. She decided to let
everyone at the wedding know what she did. That’s good
that she decided not to let Paulina go to prison for what
she did, but she couldn’t pick a better time to do that?
Lani could have told the truth before or after
the wedding. She would have still been in trouble whether
she confessed before or after the wedding. Julie tried to
get everyone at the wedding to keep quiet about what Lani
did. She asked them if they could keep quiet so Lani could
get a chance to raise her children. Can you believe she
asked them to do that? They all became accessories to her
crime. Julie had a lot of nerve expecting the guests to keep
quiet. Eli and Paulina should have been the ones who kept
quiet about what happened. They shouldn’t have to risk
their freedom to keep Lani’s secret.
Lani didn’t want to keep quiet about what she
did to Ray. She asked Eli to take her to the station. He
begged her to tear up her confession. He was the same person
who got mad at her when she wanted to make sure that Kristen
was able to raise her daughter. He didn’t want to hear
that excuse. He wanted Kristen to pay for her crime. His
attitude is completely different now that his wife is the
one in trouble.
