Our Opinion!

Questions & Comments by Michele & Cheryl

5/29/17 – 6/2/17

Maybe it was just us, but Marlena seemed cold about Brady dying. She kept trying to calm John down as if it wasn’t understandable why he was upset about Brady “giving up” on life. If Eric did the same thing, she would act the same way John did. She wouldn’t be rational if Eric was about to die and didn’t want to be kept alive.

Why would Nicole think that Brady needed to see Holly? If Brady needed to see anyone, it should have been Tate. Holly isn’t his daughter so he didn’t need to see her. He needed to see his son.

Why would Jennifer offer to help Nicole see Brady? Are we supposed to forget what Nicole has done to Jennifer? Nicole may have mentioned it, but we know the writers expected us to forget what happened. Since Nicole is the expert on who is a good person, Jennifer must be a saint now that she helped her.

We know John was upset about Brady dying, but why would he blame Chloe for what happened to Brady? It wasn’t Chloe’s fault that Brady was in the hospital. Brady did it to himself by trying to play hero. If anyone is to blame, it’s Brady and Nicole. If Nicole didn’t go on the run with Holly, Brady wouldn’t have tried to be her knight in shining armor.

We loved seeing Deimos put Maggie in her place after she ripped into him. Maggie was so self-righteous when she ripped into him. She needed to be called out for acting like a saint.

Did the writers expect us to believe that Nicole and Holly were the only ones who could save Brady? Why didn’t anyone think to bring Tate to him? Tate might have been enough of a reason for Brady to live.
