SOD 11/24/09

Molly is Back!  Jack’s road trip – and search for Simon – leads him to New York City this week, where he unexpectedly runs into Carly’s estranged cousin, Molly.  When Jack goes to a local TV station, he discovers that Molly is a soon-to-be-fired news anchor who is in the middle of a scandal when she publicly airs a popular congressman’s very dirty laundry.  Jack becomes Molly’s unlikely hero when he realizes that her life is in danger because of her actions, so they quickly plot against the politician.  Jack summons Carly, who’s already hot on his trail, to help – and the women are reunited.  The cousins later catch up over coffee, where Molly has an emotional meltdown.  By week’s end, Jack’s laborious journey to the Big Apple bears some bittersweet fruit.

Ann Returns!  Betty White comes back to Los Angeles this week, as Ann pays daughters Pam and Stephanie an emotional visit.

Sandy, Surrogacy and Secrets!  Sandy is implanted with Bridget and Nick’s embryo this week, but it’s her odd behavior that really takes root.

This Week: Someone’s feelings resurface after a sentimental moment with an ex.  Guests at Bill and Katie’s reception make toasts and revelations.  Donna argues with Pam on The Catwalk – and with Stephanie off-screen!  Steffy must face her betrayal of Ridge.  Bridget and Nick anticipate their new addition.

Bill and Katie Head Down the Aisle!  This week, Katie is set to wed Bill, despite the misgivings of her protective family.  One complication comes when Bill announces to his fiancée that he wants to throw her a wedding to end all weddings, and Katie has another idea.  Bill is surprised when Katie motions to the park across the street from the Logans’ former house and says that is where she wants her dream wedding to take place.  There is a specific reason: her mother Beth, who is afflicted with Alzheimer’s disease.  Katie is hoping that the familiar surroundings will resonate Beth and Bill agrees to the location.  As guests gather at the park on the big day, Donna and Justin can’t help but recall their high school relationship and take a walk down memory lane.  The close moment is interrupted by a phone call from Eric, informing his wife that he isn’t attending.  Then the wedding officially starts.

This Week: Steffy reels with guilt from a stolen kiss.  Eric has second thoughts about hosting Katie and Bill’s reception.  Nick, Sandy and Bridget begin the surrogacy process.  Brooke and Donna throw Katie a bachelorette party.

This Week: Eric has misgivings about Donna’s new job.  Justin makes a stunning confession.  Jackie M and Forrester brainstorm new campaigns.  Katie accepts an unexpected gift from Ridge.

Jackie’s Shocking Baby Plan!  Owen’s push to start a family with Jackie is taking a toll on his cougar wife.  Every time Jackie wavers about raising a kid, Owen zeroes in on the fact that she is frightened.  Without letting her husband know, Jackie summons Steffy, who is reluctant to meet with the Knights.  Owen is surprised when Steffy arrives, but even more so by Jackie’s announcement: She urges her husband to have a baby with Steffy.  Both Steffy and Owen are taken aback by Jackie’s brazen suggestion, until he realizes what his wife is really up to.  Owen tells Jackie that he would rather be with her than be a father.  Jackie is touched by the sentiment, but Owen doesn’t expect her next response: Their marriage is over!

Donna’s New Gig!  When the host of the TV fashion show THE CATWALK (owned by Spencer Communications) quits at the last minute, Justin and Bill are desperate to find a replacement – and fast!  Enter Donna!  Donna is hired, but trouble looms with the guest scheduled for that day’s live show: Stephanie!  When she realizes that Donna is the host, Stephanie refuses to go on.  After Stephanie walks, Donna is now on live TV without a guest.  Donna cleverly tricks Pam into coming out onstage.

Brooke makes Bill an offer on 10/29.  Meanwhile, Ridge receives an assignment from his new boss that he is less than thrilled to carry out.  Bridget learns the risk of trying to have another baby with Nick on 10/30.

Bill Pops The Question To Katie!  This week finds Katie in a much better mood – she believes Bill isn’t carrying out his father’s vendetta against Forrester Creations and now Brooke is coming around to the idea of the company becoming part of Spencer Communications.  However, Bill makes Katie’s personal situation a lot rosier.  Bill makes her a romantic dinner and proposes.

Brooke and Donna try their best to comfort Ridge and Eric on 10/21.  Taylor begs Steffy not to interfere in Owen and Jackie’s marriage on 10/22.  Owen thanks Jackie for granting him his greatest wish on 10/23.

What Will Happen:  Eric and Ridge become more determined to win the battle for Forrester Creations.

Bill to Katie: Marry Me!  The steamy romance of Katie and Bill is kicked up a notch this week, when Bill pops the question.  Katie must believe that his love for her is true because Bill’s proposal thrills her to her toes.  The family won’t be making the same leap that Katie does.  Bill has to convince the Forresters and Logans that his engagement to Katie is on the up-and-up, but also has to convince them that their plans for Forrester Creations will render the company successful. 

This Week: Thorne must keep a secret.  Brooke changes her mind about Bill.  Taylor begs Steffy not to interfere with Owen and Jackie.  A new era at Forrester Creations begins.  Jackie grants Owen his greatest wish.

Is Bill Using Katie?  After moving in with Bill and close to being named the CEO of Forrester Creations, Katie is thrilled with her new life – that is, until she comes across some troubling evidence.  Katie finds a DVD and watches it.  It is a message from Bill’s dad explaining why acquiring Forrester has been so important to him.  Surprisingly, Bill Sr.’s vendetta is connected to Stephanie, which he then passed on to his son to carry out.  Bill enters the room to find his girlfriend watching the incriminating DVD.  At first, he is upset that Katie would violate his privacy, but she angrily confronts him.

Owen confides in Steffy about Jackie’s change of heart on 10/14, while Taylor reaches out to a defiant Stephanie in her time of need.  Donna and Brooke confront Katie, who shocks her sisters with her response on 10/15, while Jackie makes an emotional plea to Stephanie before learning the truth from Taylor.  Nick devises a plan to show Stephanie her worth on 10/16, while Bill takes more than the company and the beach house in his battle with Ridge.

What Will Happen: Stephanie makes a shocking announcement. 

SOW 10/20/09

Jordan Lloyd and Jeff Schroeder will appear on 10/27 to help Justin and Donna take a trip down memory lane.

This November, Sarah Brown will be wrapping up her stint as Claudia on GH and will be debuting in the newly created role of good girl Sandy Sommers.  Brown first airs on 11/5.

Bill: It’s Not Revenge!  Katie confronts Bill about the video detailing his father’s plans for Forrester this week, and Bill must try and ease her suspicions of him.  Brooke and Donna have tried (and continue to try) to convince Katie that Bill is using her for business gains, but Bill genuinely cares for Katie.  The conflict doesn’t stop Katie from moving in with Bill.

Owen presents Jackie with the idea of having kids through a surrogate this week.  Brandon Beemer elaborates, and also dishes why Owen likes kidding around with Steffy – and would love to fight with Jackie over the laundry.  Owen decides to consider surrogacy as an option for him and Jackie because he wants to know the options before they go in the direction of having a family.  He sets up a meeting for him and Jackie with a representative from a surrogacy agency, he has a good time but Jackie is caught off guard.  Owen comes to learn that Jackie doesn’t want children at all.

This Week: Jackie sees Steffy as an interference.  Stephanie is ready to give up.  Steffy opens up to Taylor.  Ridge and Bill clash over Katie and the company.  Taylor tells Jackie the truth.

Katie And Brooke Clash Over Bill!  Katie has the unpleasant task of informing Eric, Brooke and Ridge that Bill is taking over Forrester Creations.  Katie then announces that she has decided to accept Bill’s offer (to make her CEO).  Brooke asks to talk to Katie alone and the sisters clash over Bill’s true intentions.  Katie confronts Bill, who has quite a surprise for her.  Bill tells her that he bought the Forrester beach house and asks her to move in with him there.

Steffy Kidnaps Owen!  After getting a dire warning from Jackie to stay away from her husband, a defiant Steffy meets up with Owen at Insomnia anyway.  When Bridget asks Owen if he can go down to Nick’s boat and pick up some design sketches she left there, he asks Steffy to tag along.  They get to The Shady Marlin and Steffy gets the idea to take the boat out.  While Owen is looking for the sketches, Steffy starts up the boat and heads out to sea.  Owen objects at first, but enjoys the last-minute cruise.  Then something goes wrong and the situation becomes very frightening.

Eric makes a huge sacrifice on 10/7 in an attempt to save his company.  Bill and Eric play a figurative game of Monopoly on 10/8.

What Will Happen: A strong-willed Stephanie refuses to acknowledge the truth about her medical condition.

Steffy and Owen Set Sail!  Steffy plays pirate and nabs Owen for a little high-seas adventure this week, hoping to get his mind off Jackie – who is none too happy about the burgeoning friendship.  After Jackie warns Steffy off, it is the final straw for Steffy.  So she decides to invite Owen out for a sailing trip on the Shady Marlin.  Owen is surprised, but gets on board.  Steffy and Owen do have a good time together!  But things get considerably less relaxing when Steffy suffers an accident during their getaway.

This Week: Stephanie learns the truth about her condition.  Jackie confides her fears to Whip.  Bill covers when Katie finds something from his past.  Steffy spills Stephanie’s secret.  Eric takes drastic measures to save his company.

Next Week: Owen makes a major decision about his future.  Steffy shares a confession with Taylor.

Bill To Katie: I Love You!  This week, Katie discovers that Bill has not abandoned his hostile takeover plans for Forrester Creations.  Katie is clued in very quickly when she shows up at her beau’s office and encounters a well-laid out presentation.  Katie is disappointed and taken aback, but Bill helps her see that this is the only way that Forrester can survive.  Bill then reveals his intention to put Katie in charge of the fashion house.  Bill surprises even himself when he suddenly blurts that he has fallen in love with Katie.

SOD 9/29/09

Stephanie Has A Stroke!  Last week, Stephanie experienced a small stroke, but didn’t tell anyone about it.  This week, her odd behavior continues, which is noticed at Jackie M by Bridget and the gang.  Stephanie is able to deflect their concern, which only puts her in further danger as a bigger health crisis looms.  Stephanie later shows up at Taylor’s house, where only Steffy is present.  During their conversation, disaster strikes.  Stephanie falls to the floor and Steffy calls an ambulance.  While waiting for help to arrive, Steffy is in a panic because she doesn’t know what to do, so she decides to call her dad.  But before she can, she sees Stephanie move.  The paramedics check out the patient and suspect a stroke.  Stephanie is taken to the hospital and her granddaughter is with her all the way.  The doctor confirms that Stephanie suffered a bigger stroke.  Stephanie then tells Steffy that she doesn’t want anyone to know about it.

Todd McKee appears on 9/25 as Jake MacLaine, a Forrester Creations employee.

Nick serenades Bridget on 9/23.  Marcus gives Eric a special present on 9/24 to signify their new relationship as father and son.  Stephanie berates Pam before breaking down and revealing the truth on 9/25.

What Will Happen: Jackie M throws a surprise party to celebrate an associate’s accomplishments.

Stephanie Has A Stroke!  On the heels of her mini-stroke last week, Stephanie collapses – horrifying Steffy.  Steffy tries to wake Stephanie up, but she won’t come around.  Stephanie finally starts to wake up and Steffy takes her over to the couch.  That is when the ambulance arrives and the EMTs say that it could have been a stroke, which is confirmed at the hospital.  Stephanie asks Steffy to keep the medical condition news to herself, but the request puts Steffy in an awkward position. 

This Week: Stephanie is thrown a surprise party.  Nick serenades Bridget.  Marcus gives Eric a present to signify their new relationship.  Pam is berated.

Can’t Miss: Eric reminisces with Donna about Stephanie on 9/22.

Next Week: Bill lures Katie into his plan to take over Forrester Creations.  Marcus officially becomes a Forrester. 

SOD 9/22/09

Eric To Adopt Marcus!  This week, Eric makes a surprising announcement to Marcus and Donna: He wants to legally adopt her son and make him a Forrester.  Both Marcus and Donna are thrilled by Eric’s decision.  Eric talks to Ridge about the adoption and Ridge says that he doesn’t have any problems with the situation, but Stephanie is less supportive.  After his conversation with his ex, Eric leaves without realizing that something happened to Stephanie during their talk: She had a mini-stroke.  Steffy is the first person to realize that Stephanie isn’t acting like herself.  And Eric may have a stroke of his own when he finds out that the newly arrived Justin Barber, right-hand man to Bill at Spencer Publications, is Donna’s former boyfriend – and Marcus’s biological father.

Bill and Katie Have Sex!  Before that, Katie is trying to get Bill to accompany her on a double date with Eric and Donna.  Bill suggests that they should spend a night alone.  Katie accepts Bill’s invitation to have dinner in his hotel room.  There, they get close again and they make love.

A suspicious Bill interrogates Justin about his past with Donna on 9/16.  Stephanie has a most frightening experience on 9/17.

What Will Happen: Owen and Jackie’s marriage approaches another hurdle. 

SOW 9/22/09

Aaron D. Spears hits town on 9/14 as Justin, who sets Donna’s world on its ear.

Donna and Marcus: Make Room For Daddies!  Donna gets the shock of her life this week, when Marcus’ biological father, Justin Barber, resurfaces – just as Eric wants to make Marcus an official Forrester.  Katie convinces Donna to meet her and Bill Spencer for dinner, and the next thing you know she turns around and Justin is Bill’s business partner.  Justin’s coming to town could be a big threat, especially in light of Eric’s decision this week: He wants to officially adopt Marcus.  Katie is soon clued in, and after meeting Marcus, Justin’s own suspicions are piqued.  Donna is faced with a major conundrum: Will she tell Justin, Eric and Marcus the truth?

This Week: Katie and Bill take a big step in their relationship.  Bill’s right-hand man arrives in Los Angeles.  Donna and Eric plan to make an addition to their family.  Stephanie has a frightening moment.  Owen has a decision to make.
