Ridge: You came back to L.A. Because you want to be part of the creative team. So I looked at your designs again, and they're... they're pretty good. No, they're not. They're better than good. They're really good. You got natural talent. And that's why that Aly line worked in Europe the way it did.

Thorne: Oh, boy, that was hard for you to say, wasn't it?

Ridge: You have no idea.

Thorne: Thank you.

Ridge: Anyway, Hope came back here because she wants to bring her Hope for the Future line back to life. Unfortunately, our best-looking, greatest designer is busy with couture, so I thought -- how about this? How about slightly younger, less-experienced designer helping her bring her vision to life?

Thorne: So, let me get this straight. This is your way of asking me to design for Forrester Creations?

Ridge: I guess it is. What do you think?
