Ridge: Steffy's error in judgement does not justify in any way what Bill did. And my question to you is are you going to let him get away with it? Bill tracked her down, not because he wanted to comfort her but he wanted revenge on you and me. He'll manage Steffy. That is what he wants.

Ridge: Bill is always trying to find someone to blame for the horrible things he does.
