Bill: Sally's out on bail?

C.J.: Yeah, Saul came up with the money.

Bill: Who the hell's Saul?

C.J.: Saul is --

Bill: Oh, never mind. I don't give a damn.

Wyatt: You don't give a damn about what?

Bill: Oh, C.J. here tells me that Sally's been sprung. Some sap named Saul took pity on her.

Wyatt: Okay, so what does this mean for your... I mean, I'm sure you have a pet name for it now, but...

Bill: Uh... don't ever refer to her as "it." And as a matter of fact, I do have a pet name, and I'm not going to share that with you because it's just between us.

Wyatt: What does this mean for your project downtown?

Bill: Makes no difference one way or the other. I'm gonna have that property regardless of what happens with Sally.

C.J.: You do realize that under the current contract I have with my cousin, if she comes up with the 100k, she can stay in the building.

Bill: And what are the chances of that given the boatload of trouble she's in?

C.J.: Well, she managed to pay Shifty off before all that went down, so..

Bill: That means she should be virtually broke and your contract will expire.

Wyatt: And you'll finally get that land.

Bill: Yes, I will. The only question is, which dignitaries will I invite to the groundbreaking ceremony? Or do I just hog all the limelight for myself.. and her?
