Thomas: Yes. But who knows? I don't know. Maybe one day you'll end up moving past that and forgiving her. You're an incredibly forgiving person. I should know.

Caroline: There's nothing to forgive.

Thomas: Yeah, there is.

Caroline: That's not about forgiving, Thomas. That's about forgetting.

Thomas: Yeah, I know. And it's gone. It's forgotten. I'm moving forward. You and dad are married, and -- and -- You're having this amazing child. And I want you to know that when I say I'm happy for you guys, I really am.

Caroline: You've grown.

Thomas: Yeah, I like to think so. I never meant to hurt you, Caroline. You know, I've been doing a lot of soul searching and looking for truth in my life, and, um... I'm realizing that I need to make a lot of apologies to a lot of people. Starting with you. I still regret every day what happened that night. I'm just really glad that you and dad are good and there haven't been any lasting consequences.
