Bill: No! Not manipulate. Well -- why do you have to make it something ugly, all right? He's going to... avail himself as a friend... should she need someone to confide in. And spill every secret she knows about Rick, too.
Katie: Listen, I understand that you don't want Rick to be C.E.O. I get it, a-and a part of me agrees with you. He's been a real jerk. But I just -- I feel like there might be a better way of going about this.
