Stephanie: I suspect, though for the last time. You know, it used to annoy the heck out of me that these two were so determined to stay together when I thought there was every reason for them not to. Do any of you know that I used to fight with Brooke all the time? Yes. I even tried to pound some sense into my.. son's thick skull all about her-- "Ridge, stay away from Brooke, Brooke, stay away from Ridge"-- to no avail. And then one day, the Grim Reaper came knocking at my door. And I kind of thought, well, okay, my life at that moment seemed a little empty and meaningless, and I sort of gave it over, and I was wiling to accept death. But there was a certain someone... who wouldn't give up on me and would not let me give up. Just like she never gave up on you.

Thomas: And now we're reading from the book of Thomas. (Chuckles)

Brooke: (Chuckles)

Thomas: And by Thomas I mean I-I wrote this.

Brooke: (Laughs) We have been through so much together. And I always knew that there was not one thing that we couldn't overcome. The people sues, fear-- nothing stopped us. We have weathered many, many storms together.

Ridge: Oh, yeah.

Brooke: And I do look forward to see what may arise in the future, no pun intended. (Laughs)
