Deacon: You know, it's their wedding night. My daughter, your son.

Alison: I think the events of the day established that.

Bill: She's not your daughter. You were nothing more than a sperm donor. She's my family now.

Deacon: Well, I suppose that makes me frying pan and, uh, you, the fire. Let me ask you something, Bill. Did you manage to get yourself a kiss from the bride?

Bill: As a matter of fact, I did. And if you really want me to spice it up for you, I even apologized to her. If the warden gets caught or one of his people blows the whistle, do you really want me to tell them the last place I saw you?

Deacon: I'll be damned. You're actually gonna let me go.

Bill: I am, some place with an airstrip. Now let me ask you something. Somewhere down the road when somebody shows up at your door, and they ask you how it is that you got to your daughter's wedding in Italy, what is it you're going to say?

Deacon: Don't worry about me, pal. I'll hold up my end of the bargain. We're good.

Bill: Hmm. Yeah. We're something, but we're not good.
