Steffy: The three of us have been hurt so many times. Someone had to break the cycle, and that somebody had to be me.
Ridge: I'm proud of you, Steffy. That was a huge sacrifice.
Steffy: Not really. I signed the annulment papers, and Liam tore them up. Yeah, he just sent the annulment papers just floating down the river. And then we kissed, and we started singing "Thanks for the Memories."
Ridge: Sweet.
Steffy: Yeah, it--it was. It was sweet and goofy. And just when I thought it was over for the two of us, this silly little moment just brings us back together and made us even closer. I can feel it, Dad. We belong together. Liam's in love with two women. And you've been there. I just feel like... I don't know. I have butterflies all over again.
Ridge: Tore up the annulment papers... That says a lot, but I wouldn't underestimate his love for Hope any more than I would underestimate his love for you. Regardless, my opinion doesn't really matter here. You, my love, need to follow your own instincts.
