Brooke: It's not going to happen unless somebody pursues it. Ridge isn't going to, and I pray to God Taylor won't either.

Stephanie: Her death is the direct result of his reckless and criminal behavior. You know, it doesn't have to be just a mother and father to press charges. She's part of my family, too.

Brooke: What are you gonna do, Stephanie? Contact Lt. Baker yourself?

Stephanie: I don't want to see his face again. He's out of Forrester Creations. I want his resignation effective immediately. I don't want him anywhere near Tom or Steffy or Taylor or Ridge, and I don't want him at the funeral tomorrow. If you have any decency-- any decency left in your body-- you'll keep him away.

Brooke: He's going to want to pay his respects.

Stephanie: Pay his respects for a girl that he just killed? I'm telling you, keep him away, or charges will be pressed, and he'll end up in jail.

Brooke: You're making this family tragedy into a vendetta against Rick and me. Does Eric know this? How do you think he's going to react when he realizes what you're doing?

Stephanie: Listen to me. If he has the audacity to show up at that funeral tomorrow, I will not be responsible for what I do. You want to protect your son? You keep him the hell away from that funeral, or there'll be consequences, believe me.
