Brooke: Why are you keeping things from him?
Stephanie: His condition is tenuous at best. Now you're only upsetting him. You know that. You shouldn't be telling him things that just confuse him and hurt him. It'd be better, you know, if you left.
Brooke: You can't kick me out of here. This isn't even your house. And you're not his wife. Donna is.
Stephanie: (Scoffs) well, not for much longer. Believe me. His eyes have been opened. Listen, he's where he belongs-- here in his home with his family, with me. I'm not going to let your sister ever hurt him again. Believe me.
Brooke: You make it sound like you're doing this out of love for Eric, but you're not. You're doing it to control the situation. You're trying to twist things around to make it work for you. Well, he wants to see Donna. He wants to hear what she was to say. And maybe they'll get a divorce. I don't know. But Eric is the one who should decide that. Not you. He should decide who he's going to spend the rest of his life with. And I'm not gonna let you stand in the way of that. I won't allow it.
