Jackie: Okay, the next question may not involve the word 'bubbles.'
Reporter: When are you going to show us the goods, Jackie?
Jackie: You are SO chic-cy. Didn't your mom ever tell you that good things come to those that wait?
[Police enter]
Jackie: You want to interview me? Oh my, this is so exciting. Is this about Stephanie Forrester's shooting?........well, you can just shoot away...because as you can see, I am totally clean.
Thorne: You want him to come on his own?
Stephanie: Well, you know, I was hoping after he saw the video of Stephen shooting me that he'd come to his senses about Donna. But on the other hand, he's not the kind of man that believes the sins of the fathers are necessarily visited upon the children. He's a very fair person.
Thorne: Yeah, well, there's nothing fair about this, mother. Stephen is the one who should be punished, not you.
Stephanie: You think that's what your father's doing, punishing me?
Thorne: I can see that you're hurting, Mother, and Dad has to see it, too.
Stephanie: His vision has been clouded before.
Thorne: Yeah, well, he says he really cares about Donna.
Stephanie: You said that, too.
Thorne: Well, it's the way that he says it, Mother. He's not trying to prove anything, and he--he doesn't care what anyone thinks. Listen, if you really want to get dad back, waiting around for him to get over Donna-- that's not the way to do it.
