Riley is Adam! There is a reason Riley called Margo “Mom” last week: he
is actually a presumed-dead Adam, who had facial reconstruction after a bomb
blast in Afghanistan. Casey arrives on the scene to find his bloody mother,
who was shot by Colonel Mayer, and Riley. He assumes the worst and starts
railing at Riley. Margo stops Casey and reveals that Riley is Adam. Casey is
still processing that shocker when the cops come and Casey takes off to find
his father. Tom arrives at the hospital and Casey asks Margo to tell Tom
what she told him. Margo simply says that Riley saved her life, leaving out
the fact that he is Adam. Casey confronts his brother alone after. Margo
implores Casey to keep quiet and not reveal Riley’s true identity to Tom.

Riley Is Adam! The truth comes straight from the horse’s mouth this week, as
Riley cradles a grievously injured Margo and blurts out who he is. At first,
Casey is reluctant to believe the stunning revelation. Casey stumbles upon the
macabre scene on the patio and assumes the worst. When Margo weakly says that
Riley is Adam, and Riley explains what happened with Colonel Mayer, Casey blames
the salient parts on Margo’s blood loss. They get Margo to the hospital and into
surgery. Once at Memorial, Casey demands the truth again and Adam explains how
he was disfigured in the bombing in Afghanistan and underwent plastic surgery.
An immediate concern is whether Casey and Margo will make his identity public -
and Margo’s first order of business as she recovers is to keep the truth from
Tom. Adam is desperate to redeem himself for his actions.

need access to a military base for Noah’s film project, they turn to Riley
for help. Riley heads to the base to meet with his contact, Lt. Hasbro, but
is greeted by the colonel. Mayer threatens to reveal Riley’s true identity
if Riley doesn’t do what he says. Riley returns to Noah and Luke and says
that only Noah can go to the base to film, not Luke. When Luke is adamant
about getting on the base with Noah and they figure they can just go talk to
Hasbro themselves, it really puts Riley in a bit of a bind and forces
Riley’s hand to go back to Col. Mayer. In the meantime, tension over Riley
causes Alison and Casey to split, and then Casey decides to do a little
investigating of his own. He contacts the Veteran’s Administration to get
the goods on Riley. Sensing he is about to be busted, Riley considers
leaving town. By week’s end, however, Riley’s identity will be revealed.

and blackmails Riley into doing his bidding! As Noah and Luke continue to
find more about Noah’s father, they need to gain access to a military base -
to get on to try to find more about Noah’s past. They implore Riley to try
and gain Noah access, with him being in the military before. Riley does his
best to convince Noah and Luke that he should go alone, but Noah is pretty
adamant about getting him and Luke on there. Still, Riley manages to
convince them that it’s best for him to try and track down their previous
contact, Lt. Hasbro, without any help. When he gets on the base, none other
than Colonel Mayer is waiting for him. Mayer demands that Riley bring Noah
to him or he’ll reveal who Riley really is. Riley is given no choice but to
help the colonel. Riley goes back to Oakdale and tries to convince Noah and
Luke not to pursue this line of research. When Luke is adamant about getting
on the base with Noah and they figure they can just go talk to Hasbro
themselves, it really pus Riley in a bit of a bind. Riley decides to bolt.
Unfortunately, the best-laid plans of mice and men can go quickly awry.
Riley doesn’t get to leave. Mayer barges in and is able to subdue him for
the time being, and actually holds him at gunpoint. And elsewhere in town,
Casey is hot on the trail of Riley’s true purpose in Oakdale. Casey contacts
the Veterans Administration, and through numerous contacts, he finds out
that Riley Morgan died in Kabul, Afghanistan - and that this stranger who
has been parading around as Riley Morgan in his household, isn’t Riley.
Casey wastes no time telling Margo, who sets her sights on finding out the
truth once and for all.
Larry and Emily grow closer as she continues to search for her AWOL eggs
this week, and Kelley Menighan Hensley couldn’t be more thrilled about the
