Lisa's 50th Anniversary

Today most of the show was about Lisa and her 50 years in
Oakdale. I have to say it was very well done. Too bad Helen
Wagner couldn’t be there as Nancy. I loved the way they
pretended to flash back. The younger Nancy was actually
played by Ellen Dolan (Margo). It was a great show. Ellen
sang and told stories.
Though I said most of the show was catered to Lisa,
Barbara and Henry’s storyline continued.
Now back I love the stories Lisa tells. At least she is
telling the truth as we long-time fans remember. Katie is
not sure of the taping of this special of WOAK, but Kim and
Lisa assure her it is going off great. I like how these two
legends give the kid a break. Then there is Lisa letting too
many “cats” out of the bag. Almost embarrassing herself and
Bob.
They had a contest for a viewer to appear on the show and
perform. The lady that won was really good. Also I love the
fact that Chris and Katie are trying to become a couple.
Actually I think it was this show they could have
dedicated to Helen Wagner. She would have loved it.
