Edmund, Alex and Dimitri are coming up with a way to get Anna into the hospital. Alex thinks that taking Anna into the hospital is too dangerous. This is Anna’s only hope. Dimitri wants to help her to save her sister. Alex doesn’t want anything to happen to her sister. Alex has already risked her life for Anna. Anna jokes about hospital food, but then again, doesn’t everybody? Alex agrees to go to the hospital. Alex isn’t sure if she is helping Anna or harming her. They are going to make this work. Dimitri is going to carry her into the car and they will be off to the hospital. Bart enters the room shouting, "No! You are not taking her anywhere!" He doesn’t want to hear about any plan. He doesn’t think that he can trust them. Edmund tells them that he has someone else that he trusts that is going to help them. Bart wants to wait a little longer to see if the medicine works. He turns to Anna and tells her that she doesn’t have to go. Anna trusts them and thinks that they should go. She has nothing to lose. Bart agrees then. He says then that they should go. Edmund picks up Anna and carries her to the car.

David is being questioned about the last two hours of his time. Joe and Jake are sure that David has a reason for taking Leslie out of the hospital and they think that they have an answer. Dixie jumps to his defense. She was with David and knows that he wasn’t the one that removed Leslie from her room. Jake thinks that David hired someone to remove Leslie from her room. Dixie tells him that he disgusts her. Jake asks her to take a look in the mirror sometime. He asks her what David has done to her and why is she acting this way? She has destroyed her life and soon it will be too late. She thinks that David has been the only one that has been there for her. Jake tells her to wake up. David says again that he had nothing to do with Leslie’s disappearance. Joe reminds them that Leslie is missing and they have to find her right away. They demand an explanation from David. David suddenly has a vision!

Leslie appears in her bruised and broken form to him. Everything seems to freeze for him as he watches her go from person to person, only appearing to David. She thinks that he is going to get busted. She believes in payback and he is certainly going to get his. His vision stops

David goes back to his position of defending his innocence. Dixie leaves thinking that they should go back to finding out where Leslie is. The police are coming and Joe warns David to stick around so that Derek can have a few words with him. Jake tells David that he is going to go down for this. Jake guarantees it. David thinks that the problem is with Jake and Tad. They can’t seem to keep their women in check. There is a floor by floor search being conducted by the hospital officials. Jake doesn’t recognize Dixie anymore since she met David. Jake is sure that he has done something to Dixie. David isn’t worth hitting. Jake is going to call the police and file a report on Leslie’s disappearance. Jake leaves and Leo arrives wanting more money. He has an emergency. He can’t explain right now since he is in trouble. He is desperate. David doesn’t want to help him. He thinks that Leo is faking his sincerity. David tells him that he can’t help this time. Leo is in deep. He has to get his hand on some money and fast. Leo finds a number and dials from the room in the hospital. He calls a ‘Mr. Miller’. He tells the man that he needs his help.

David leaves the hospital and sees an open door in his office. He thinks that maybe Leslie is in there. He calls out for her and then he bursts into his own office, throwing the door wide open. He finds Dixie in there. She is surprised that he thought that she was Leslie. Every time that Dixie tries to go to sleep, she thinks of Leslie trying to kill her. He is the reason that she is still alive. He doesn’t want her family striking out at her because of him. That was why he didn’t tell Joe and Jake that he was with her when Leslie disappeared. She can understand why he did that. He is making things more difficult for himself. He couldn’t live with himself if anything happened to her. He doesn’t want her to be alone until they know where Leslie is. He is going to take her home. She seems to like that idea. They leave together.

Gillian has a little surprise for Ryan a prelude to the honeymoon. She pours a glass of champagne for him and he enters. He sees her and walks to her get his glass. He wants her to wear negligées all the time. She wants to get closer to him and he really likes that. He has spoken to Leo earlier and he is a little upset. It was about business he tells her. Gillian has decided that she wants to invite her family to the wedding. All of her family is going to come from Hungary. She thinks that about 50 of her relatives are going to come. Ryan thinks that she can’t leave anything out. She is glad that they decided to have a real wedding and they are going to love him so much. There is a call and Ryan jumps for the phone. It is for Gillian. He hands her the phone and she wants to call the person back about the details. She is making travel arrangements for her family. She leaves the room to arrange more plans for her family to attend the wedding. Ryan asks himself where Leo is. He goes out on the deck and calls Leo again. Leo tells him that his money is coming. He pretends that he is having bad reception and hangs up. Palmer wants to know what is going on and Leo lies of course. Palmer demands to know what is going on. Leo tells him that this has to do with Ryan Lavery and this is totally legitimate. Palmer makes a joke that Ryan has embezzled funds. Leo tells him that they invested in a real estate deal and Leo took extra money that belonged to Ryan and reinvested it and now the money is gone. Leo can’t tell Ryan that he lost his money. Palmer thinks that he is doing Leo a favor by not giving him the money. Palmer feels that he is like him mother over-dramatizing everything.

Joe visits Anna in the hospital. She is in a bed and Edmund and Dimitri are there. They tell Joe that he is in danger too by helping. Joe thinks that the only thing that they should be worrying about is keeping Anna well. The only people that are allowed there are staff. Alex’s coworkers are very interested in Alex and will want to know how she is doing. They are going to fool everyone into thinking that Anna is Alex. They just have to worry about Alex getting in and out of the hospital unnoticed. Joe leaves. Anna understands why they trust him. Now they just have to worry about getting Alex in the hospital. Anna is going to have to impersonate Alex. Jake enters the room and thinks that he is looking at Alex. There is quarantine sign on the door, but being a doctor, Jake comes in anyway, dressed in the appropriate garb. Edmund and Dimitri try to cover for Anna and they come up with excuses as to why Alex is suddenly in the hospital. Alex says that she thought that her illness was going to pass, but it didn’t. Jake insists on looking at her right now before the tests are done. She stops him from examining her. She says that she is waiting for her specialist to arrive. Jake thinks that Edmund and Dimitri should leave the room so that he can have a look at her. Edmund and Dimitri thinks that he should just leave the patient alone until her specialist arrives. Jake ushers out the two men and sits with Anna. He asks her to tell him what is really going on. He doesn’t think that she is telling him the truth. He knows that something is up. She is saying that she is having seizures and he wants to know what is going on. She is not herself.

Ryan phones Leo again and tells him that he really needs that money right away. Leo tells him that he is on the case and will have his case that day. Ryan can tell that something is up with Leo. Ryan wants to come and see Leo and demands to know where he is. Leo hangs up and Ryan throws the phone down. Leo goes to the bar looking for Mr. Miler. He finds him and sits with him. Greenlee returns to the bar and finds Leo talking with Mr. Miller. Leo tells Mr. Miller that he got in some trouble playing poker. Leo shows the man the figure that he needs covered. Mr. Miller wants to know what kind of collateral he has. Leo tells him that he has a yacht, but he doesn’t have time to get through the red tape. Greenlee gets out her compact and watches Leo and Mr. Miller through the little mirror. The man doesn’t want to do business with Leo. Leo tells him that he is Ryan Lavery. Greenlee can’t tell what is being said, but she can sense that it isn’t good for Leo. Mr. Miller tells him that he doesn’t look like Ryan, he has seen a commercial for incredibledreams.com. Leo tells him that they used an actor for the commercial. Leo will have to pay an extra 10% back to get the money. Leo doesn’t even have to sign anything. Mr. Miller is not worried about his money because he knows where ‘Ryan’ leaves. He can find him anytime that he needs him. They leave together to get the money.

Ryan and Gillian dance together on the yacht. Ryan can’t concentrate. Gillian can tell that he is worried about something. She wants to know what is going on. He tells her that everything is fine. She thinks that maybe it is the wedding. He tells her that the wedding is fine and it is his present to her. She tells him that they are to have no more secrets. She needs to know. She picks up the phone to call Leo. He tells her that he made a mistake and he trusted the wrong person. He should have taken care of things himself. Just then Leo walks into the room and announces that Ryan gave Leo some money and he went to the wrong bank to get the money. Leo gives Ryan the money.
